PASTE AND GEL FILLING MACHINE FROM AMSON ENGINEERING

This machine is exclusively designed and manufactured from AMSON Engineering to fulfill the needs of Dental or similar gel and paste filling into small syringes. Since we developed this machine after so many trial and errors, we ultimately produced an excellent design to satisfy the requirement. This machine is easy to operate and clean at the same time. Complete unit is made from stainless steel 316 material fillings are acidic in nature.
Machine consists of a panel box over which is mounted all the filling unit so as to make the unit a compact one. Inside the panel box is mounted all the solenoid valves, timers, electrical fittings, switches and indicators. Over the panel box mountings like fill barrels, cylinder assembly, product hopper and stainless steel valve.
Since this machine is designed to fill 2 syringes at a time, the 2 barrel-piston units are attached to a common pneumatic cylinder linearly. The product hopper is conical in shape and can hold 4 kgs of material at a time. Hopper is provided with a top lid to prevent dust from fall inside. Hopper is individual part which is directly clamped to the valve block by trial over ends and clamps. The filling barrels are also fitted with the valve block and the fill nozzle at the opposite side of valve block. This helps to avoid any dripping during filling.
The fill barrel is having a diameter of 20mm and a maximum stroke length of 80mm. The piston rods from the barrels are directly attached to a common plate which is actuated by a pneumatic cylinder connected to the plate.
Valve unit is having a pin inside with holes at 90 degrees to each other. The direction of holes decides the intake or discharge of material to and from the barrel. This is made possible by a pneumatic cylinder actuating from the side. Filling is done when the cylinders actuates as programmed. Each filling is dome when a pedal operated switch is actuated. The filling action is controlled by a timer. Electrically actuated solenoid valves controls the direction of cylinders forward or reverse. Accuracy of filling is very much high in this machine since high quality materials are used in this.
