Installing Gatorback Mud Flaps on Offset Brackets

Hold up this confusing? What is the offset bracket for. Also can you make a video actually installing these on a truck

The offset bracket increases the clearance from the tires. So if you have oversized tires they will not rub on the flap when it is installed.
