Italian Navy: Combat Medicine Exercise

The 26th edition of the Combat Medicine course, one of the most advanced training programs of the Navy in the medical field, ended on February 7 in Massafra, in the province of Taranto. The initiative took place in the training areas of the San Marco Marine Brigade with the aim of enhancing the skills of healthcare personnel, ensuring timely and effective medical interventions even in complex operational contexts.
The course included exercises in realistic scenarios that simulated operational conditions in hostile environments, allowing participants to integrate advanced medical techniques with tactical skills. The activity was carried out in collaboration with the departments of the San Marco Marine Brigade.
The culminating event of the program was held on February 5, with a complex exercise in which doctors and nurses demonstrated the skills acquired in the field, facing highly realistic tactical scenarios.
