I just found your channel. I'm definitely going to do this beautiful headboard idea in my camper that I'm gutting. However, I'm going to use it behind my daybed and extend it from wall to wall. I can't wait to get started on it! Ty
I was going to buy a new bedroom set but my budget tight. Lol then I found u! Thank u. Now I don’t have to throw away my current furnitures. I can revamp them 🥰
What an amazing creation! Sure, the pool noodle is a less expensive option, but the foam that’s in this project is a game changer. I like that you took your time in this project. Taking your time makes a difference between looking professional/high-end and looking homemade/crafty. PS - I appreciate that the original headboard looks like a “hospital bed”. This would be something really nice for people who are in assisted living facilities or have a hospital bed in their home, as long as it doesn’t block essential equipment. This gives a homey touch to someone that may not be in the best situation right now.
Thank you for sharing this idea. I've watched so many of these videos and yours was the only one that is easy to do. I wanted to do this for a while. Headboards are indeed expensive. You are very creative. God bless you
Giiiiirl !!! I’ve been waiting for this video lol!! It came out great love the craftsmanship! You NAILED IT and the room transformation was amazing!!! Loved, loved, loved it 😍😍😍❤️🌹✨
I’ve watched a ton of these and your technique by far is the most superior albeit more expensive than Dollar Tree noodles but you get what you pay for/put in. Also the voice over and instructions were top tier. Gonna use your technique. Wish I could show you 😊
Thank you 😊 I’ve been wanting to make a nice headboard for a long time, but I didn’t want to cut off the one I already have. When I saw how you fit yours between the one on the bed 😮 I got really excited 😜
Wow you did an amazing job! It came out so good that nobody would ever guess that you did it by yourself, and thank you for the information about where to get the rolls. Can I know what is the width of the rolls that you used? Thanks, awesome video.
I love your video and it turned out beautifully. Wanted to give a little help in cutting foam if anyone needs to, using an electric knife works great. Cuts like butter and leaves a clean edge. Learned from someone in the upholstery biz.
Best video I've seen. You inspired me to do this look instead of the tufted look. You did an excellent job on this❤ Well explained tutorial that even beginners can do. Thank you love
This is just what I was looking for. The size of your foam is perfect. I know you said the length was around 46 inches but what’s the diameter measure on those? I love how yours came out. Amazing job. Def gonna try this
Looks so good thank you for sharing! Im gonna try this but i have a few questions. Has it held up well with just the glue? Any lifting of the fabric? I was gonna sew mine then saw this video
I would totally use a pool noodle for the foam for the project 💀 but I am a bit ghetto.
Not ghetto at all...they are covered and a wholeot cheaper!!
Beautiful headboard. You did an excellent job and I love the natural neutral tones.

Same!! I just love building & creating lol
Best way to cut foam is with an electric carving knife! Gives a brilliant sharp edge to the cut.

Looks so good thank you for sharing! Im gonna try this but i have a few questions. Has it held up well with just the glue? Any lifting of the fabric? I was gonna sew mine then saw this video
For the final folding step, would it be better to cut triangles close to the ridges and continue to staple the rest of the fabric?
You did a great job it looks very eloquent and expensive

Hey. Did that foam store charge extra to cut it in half for you and did you have to call and request it? What was that ordering process like?
No, I just ordered from them last week and there was no extra charge.
What is the name of the place you order the foam from thanks
Wow I loved it so much beautiful
Super cute!
What a beautiful job you did! Gives me inspiration to do one!

I thought you were going to use POOL NOODLES... they're smaller around but a lot cheaper.
But I love what you did... So BEAUTIFUL
😂 “ well behaved ✂️!” ❤ it🤣
I like this 🙂 it seems fun too
Perfect! It looks so good 😍
Perfection!

Pro tip - use and electric knife or hot wire cutter to cut the foam straight and cleanly.
