IRAQ: The Love of Christ Was All I Had

- “Jesus is here already; He’s just waiting for us.”
In 2014, just as ISIS was declaring an Islamic caliphate in Iraq and Syria, God called Jerry and Stacy to go to Iraq. “It was a clear word from the Lord,” Stacy says. Others-including their mission board-told them NOT to go, that it wasn’t safe or smart. But they obeyed God, landing in northern Iraq days later.
Years before, they’d answered God’s call to Tanzania-leaving behind an “American Dream” life to serve in east Africa, where they saw the overwhelming need of the people and learned how to focus on serving the person in front of them. The hospitality of the African people, despite their overwhelming needs, and the sweet sound of Swahili hymns struck a chord in the hearts of Jerry and Stacy.
Jerry and Stacy will challenge listeners to serve the Lord, not with busy work but with lives committed to prayer and fasting, seeking the Lord and His plan and will for each situation. Stacy, who had never read her Bible or finished a Bible study before moving to East Africa, reminds us that God qualifies those He calls. The couple saw God open doors for impactful ministry in Africa, and so they went to Iraq with complete trust in what He was going to do.
Founders of Love for the Least, Jerry and Stacy help refugees in Iraq and serve them through providing education and job training. They provide trauma care for girls sold into ISIS slavery, young widows and children who have witnessed the dark side of Islam. This is amazing testimony of God's people that refused to enter into the land because of giants ...( ...the people are greater and taller than we....).
But Caleb encouraged Joshua to accomplish the LORD's command.

A lot of distractions in today's world. If we really don't love Christ that much we won't care to read His word.

Americans (as an American) often have the most typical answers or questions, that prove there is a lack of cultural competency. As Christians serving on an international scale we should be mindful of how we ask and respond questions. I tend to listen to the ones with the natives serving, because of the disconnect I often note in the white community serving abroad (or the person even asking these questions). They often lack understanding and knowledge of the fact that people are people, and putting forth these statements “you sound American and you don’t sound American” seem so odd and foolish. “We were just the nice Christian Americans,” oh my - I guess we haven’t watched or read much news (on America) or learned much of the world if we are dwelling in these very antiquated ways of thinking. Cultural competency should seriously be a course in ministry because the foolishness I hear in the white American church makes me believe or think they never attended or learned in school.

New Covenant Whole Gospel:
Let us now share the Old Testament Gospel found below with the whole world. On the road to Emmaus He said the Old Testament is about Him.
He is the very Word of God in John 1:1, 14. Awaken Church to this truth.
Jer 31:31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah:
Jer 31:32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by
husband unto them, saith the LORD:
Jer 31:33 But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Jer 31:34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Is the most important genealogy in the Bible found in Matthew 1:1 (Gal. 3:16)? Is God's Son the ultimate fulfillment of Israel (John 1:49)? Why has the modern Church done a pitiful job of sharing the Gospel with modern Orthodox Jews? Why would someone tell them they are God's chosen people and then fail to share the Gospel with them? Who is the seed of the woman promised in Genesis 3:15? Who is the "son" in Psalm 2? Who is the "suffering servant" of Isaiah 53? Who would fulfill the New Covenant promised in Jeremiah 31:31-34? Who would fulfill the timeline of Daniel chapter 9 before the second temple was destroyed? Why have we not heard this simple Old Testament Gospel preached on Christian television in the United States on a regular basis?
Once a person comes to understand the New Covenant promised to Israel and Judah in Jeremiah 31:31-34, which is found fulfilled by Christ during the first century in Hebrews 8:6-13, and Hebrews 10:16-18, and specifically applied to the Church in 2 Corinthians 3:6-8, and Hebrews 12:22-24, man-made Bible doctrines fall apart.
Let us now learn to preach the whole Gospel until He comes back. The King of Israel is risen from the dead! (John 1:49, Acts 2:36)
We are not come to Mount Sinai in Hebrews 12:18. We are come instead to the New Covenant church of Mount Zion and the blood in Hebrews 12:22-24.

Holy Bible - John 9: 1 - 7:- "Jesus Christ Heals a Man Born Blind."
As Jesus was walking along, he so a man who had been born blind…..
His disciples asked him, “Teacher, whose sin caused him to be born blind ?
Was it his own or his parents’ sin ?”
Jesus answered, “His blindness has nothing to do with his sins or his parents’ sins....
He is blind so that God’s Power might be seen at work in him.....
As long as it is day, we must keep on doing the work of him who sent me;
Night is coming when no one can work....
While I am in the World, I am the light for the World.”
After he said this, Jesus spat on the ground and made some mud with the spittle;
He rubbed the on the man’s eye and said, “Go and wash your face in the Pool of Siloam.”
So the man went, washed his face, and come back seeing…..
Holy Bible - Mathew 9: 1 - 8:- "Jesus Heals a Paralysed Man."
Jesus got into the boat and went back across the lake to his own town, where some people brought to him a paralysed man, lying on a bed.
When Jesus saw how much faith they had, he said to the paralysed man,
"Courage, my Son! Your Sins are Forgiven."
Then some teachers of the Law said to themselves, "This Man is Speaking Blasphemy!"
Jesus perceived what they were thinking, so he said, "Why are You Thinking Such Evil Things?
"Is it easier to say "Your Sins are Forgiven" or to say, "Get up and Walk" ?
"I will prove to you then that the Son of Man has authority on Earth to Forgive Sins."
So he said to the Paralysed Man, "Get up, Pick up Your Bed, and Go Home!" The Man Got up and Went Home!.....
When the people saw it, they were afraid, and Praised God for giving such authority to men….
Its one most difficult thing to do convince them basically hindus,,,,,north side of india,,,but nothing is impossible with God, Jesus, & holy spirit,,,our creator,,,and a determined woman like you,,

And still continued their teachings to prostitutes, hard core prisoners until they realized prison confinement they have to,,n convince many turn to them,,while their cases were being decided one by one by 8 judges,,,
Eventually many petition worlwide free them, n last was pope paul wrote govt of iran n pleaded to free them ,,,which they did n seek in usa to reside in the meantime and continue their testimonial works,,,what was scary while in prison they hve heared of being abused by d opposite sex,,but still stood by their grd to whatsoever,,till they were freed,,mean all d way Jesus is at work wc they highly believe so,,,continue with your work,,
As signs of biblical happenings in middleast country, n others raining of halestorm, locust infestations, flood, lightning,,,mean wrath of God due to transgressions in many areas are happening despite Gods teachings n Jesus
to adhere to what he died for ,,,redeem sins of mankind,,,n be good followers,,

The Catholic church and others hated the jews still do. Many missionaries from many churches do same . Very confusing am sure.
Holy Bible - John 11: 38 - 44:- "Lazarus is Brought to Life by Jesus Christ."
Deeply moved once more, Jesus went to the tomb, which was a cave with a stone placed at the entrance.
"Take the Stone Away!" Jesus Ordered.
Martha, the dead man's sister, answered. "There will be a Bad Smell, Lord. He has been Buried Four Days!"
Jesus said to her, "Didn't I Tell You that, You would See God's Glory if You Believed ?"
They took the stone away, Jesus looked up and said, "I Thank You Father, that You Listen to Me. I Know that You Always Listen to Me, but I Say This for the Sake of the People here, so that They will Believe that You Sent Me."
After he had said this, he called out in a loud voice, "Lazarus Come Out !"
He came out, his hands and feet wrapped in grave clothes, and with a cloth round his face.
"Untie Him," Jesus told them, "and Let Him Go."
