WHY! Doesn’t this man have thousands of more subscribers. His energy, knowledge, communication skills and teaching ability are off the charts. Keep up the great videos sir.
Been wanting to try out their products for a while, particularly the Pancho & Lefty steak marinade for SCA competitions. They’re actually in the same area code as me; 940.
That’s why I wanted to try really hard to focus on getting good footage. One thing for me to say it, another for me to be able to back it up with the footage!!
The difference was very obvious. Now, phosphates are not something necessary for everyday cooking. No one will be able to tell that what they’re eating is juicer than something you’ve made previously. But in a competition where your food is being directly compared to someone else’s, it’s a MUST. In the comp world you HAVE to do everything to make your stuff different than the last.
I’ve used kosmo’s moisture magic and I definitely can tell it’s awesome. I injected it into a brisket with smokehouse reserve. Insanely good. I even smoked it on my Masterbuilt 1050 at 200 degrees overnight. It was a long cook and retained so much moisture
Have you tried used Phosphates in your BBQ? What are your thoughts?!
Will now

Hundred percent true his words are clear big TV presents
Underrated for sure
Another amazing comparison cook. Are there health cons to using phosphates?
That’s a great question! I unfortunately do not have the answer. I can look into it and hopefully give you some info!
I like the close-up of the sliced chicken, I can definitely see the difference. I wonder how this would work on a whole turkey?
I tried my best to show good footage cause I wanted proof of what I was saying! I’m sure it would be so killer on Turkey!

It was pretty incredible to see the difference in the two! I will 100% be using it moving forward, especially when it comes to competition!
I’ve used kosmos in a pork butt and it was super juicy.
Man, I was so happy with the results on the chicken! I can’t wait to try a brisket next!
@@GulfCoastSmoke Did it on brisket also. You’ll tell the difference. I did
I need to try that this weekend!
@@GulfCoastSmoke good luck. Let me know how it goes
I k know what I’ll be ordering 😁
I have tried different brands in my injection and the meat always gets gritty and mushy. I have even scaled back the phosphates and same results
Phosphate for competition is the way to go good to know , good to hear it from you 🫵🏽 Yayyyyyy thanks brother jp956
