yes, let's blow money on a parade for over paid athletes. How sad. Why doesn't the city of Denver save that money for a parade for our men and women of our armed forces.....you know, people who's job actually MEANS something.

I get your point, but the fact that there is no veterans parade is not the fault of this parade's organizers/funders, its because not enough people would go to a veteran's parade. Very sad and unfortunate, but true.
