Anyone who spoke to their boss like that would have been fired.

Honestly, I'm surprised that Nishimura didn't run away after being assigned as a janitor. My guess is he'd probably realize how bad it can be if stories about his antics spreads around.

Oh neat, it's the Ayasaki-San voice actors today! Paul Hikari and Rebecca Danae!

Yeah! Even though, I agree with Hajime that all jobs should be respected no matter how big or small it is📚. He should’ve fired Nishimura for his disrespectful attitude towards him🔥😡, but it is what it is and hopefully Hajime x Mami will become happy lover’s💙💖💍.

How quickly Nishimura change his attitude the moment he realized from Mami that Hajime was actually the CEO of the company he was scouted for, Nope if I was the CEO I would have fired him right there and then for being a horrible human being because the guy was more of a liability than an asset especially with that arrogant attitude of his 😮‍💨 but it felt satisfying to know that he finally ended up getting his comeuppance in the end.😂

Damn... Shitara is a savage as a CEO to make Nishimura work as a janitor.

whoever is writing stories like this one. Needs to grow a bloody spine. 23 minutes for an episode when it could've been 15.

You are aware all these throws of stories take place in Japan and are written by Japanese people right? If you did then you wouldn’t ask a stupid question

People acting like these stories set in Japan have to follow American laws rather than Japanese ones.

Nishimura is lucky that he wasn't fired immediately for being disrespectful towards not only his department chief but also the CEO of the company.

There are MULTIPLE stories like this that a higher position REFUSED to get rid of a troublesome person.
I know Japan is all about "honour" and "respect", but if the other party didn't show you that (no matter what position you are)... You're no better than a doormat.
Also, ha ha, "He's a piece of shiet, but lets keep him anyway because he's good at his job" to "I'm just gonna give him advices instead of warnings" to "Oh no, he's screwing the company", like people around you already stabbed the red flags in your eyes.
Still, glad he's taking actions before the guy proceed to make the company bankrupt. Glad the antagonist knows the burden of the people he looked down upon.

    • @kingrama521
      @kingrama521 3 години тому +3

it's not just "honor" and "respect" it's extremely difficult to fire someone in Japan without them having committed a serious crime. That's why they try to make the workplace so miserable that the person resigns instead. Their labor laws are super strict that you need to show proof of significant poor performance over a long amount of time, and attempts to improve that person before you can let them go

@@kingrama521I worded it poorly, you are right about Japan having hard time firing people.
I should've said he should've get rid from his high horse position to what he did at the end part of this episode.

Yeah, MC should've just fired what's his douchebag as soon as they met. He would have learned his lesson after getting fired a few dozen times.

  • @dumazroy3462

Some may call the MC weak, I say very patient. I learned not to mess with patient people especially if they are in places of high power. You never know what patient people will do with the incidental leftovers when they have the final word.😈
    Case in point: 17:00

He’s not weak at all. He’s following the laws. This is Japan, not America. Japanese laws prohibit firing for workers on permanent contract, except in dire financial circumstance. Or if they mess up something big like he did in the video. Sorry but acting disrespectful there ain’t enough to get him fired

    • @Dynasty0612

Had the MC fired the guy he’d be breaking the law.

I’m sorry, but stop this nonsense of letting the douche bag keep his job after he shows his colors from the rip! It’s not even 5 minutes into the story and he did unforgivable nonsense to a person simply because he wanted to belittle him. In a corporate environment this can never be allowed to happen.
There’s no amount of humility that lets the guy even enter the building after that if the CEO is allowed to be insulted in such a way.

And yet, this is what the law is like in Japan.
It’s completely different compared to that in America.
People keep basing stories on American law rather than the Japanese law when the stories are set in Japan.
