Sometimes that happens to me when there have been new updates to my Mac. What I do is delete my printer from my computer and then reinstall the drivers to the most updated version and then the options are there again . I know it’s a pain but hopefully it works for you.
@@littlecraftnest thank you, I will try that. I have converted my Epson L3110, so not an actual sublimation printer, would this matter. (I am also using a MacBook)
You will not have have textile option because you do not have a true sublimation printer. You will have to figure out the best setting for you by experimenting. I do not have a converted printer but other UA-camrs do and I’m sure you can find what you’re looking for. All the best.

Epson sublimation paper with a sublimation printer.
Mine does not have the “textile” option. Only automatic and other profiles.
