Thank You! I try to hit everything. It’s not a difficult install, but it helps to see a different approach, tools, and how it actually looks on the bike 🤟🏽
Absolutely! Sometimes with these aftermarket companies, you never know what your going to get. So far HogWorkz has been consistent, and I’ve received all quality parts.
Excellent one RAIDER WORLD! Thank you HOGWORKZ for working with him for all us to dream about what we want to buy! I dig the different styles of bags and that rack option! MUST HAVE! Bike looks awesome and I dig that helmets scheme! -🤘
Another quality video as always man, love the content, feeding me more ideas on what to spend money on to continue getting yelled at by my wife hahaha. Cheers man. Also, I feel like for the lock on that, you could possibly get one direct from Harley keyed to the same keyway as your bike so you can have a single key for everything, but I could be mistaken.
Haha! Thank You. Even if HogWorks wasn’t sponsoring this video, I would’ve purchased this anyway lol. I was blown away by the quality and color match. Yes, you could absolutely get a lock keyed from Harley (Damn! I should’ve mentioned that) I’ll make sure to mention that on the next one. Thank You again for the continued Support 🤟🏽
It’s not to difficult. It is a little snug at first, because it is an aftermarket docking attachment. But once you take it off and on a few times, it breaks it in. Hope this helps 👍🏽
Hey Raider, I know this is off topic, but I keep hearing the term “performance bagger” thrown around in different conversations. Do you have a video that gives an explanation? From what I’ve read and seen on videos, it means something different depending on who’s talking.
@@Elkslaya1 That has definitely been thrown around a lot. A Performance Bagger could be as simple as adding an after market CAMCHEST Kit. Anything that adds more horsepower or torque than stock. But in my opinion, if you want to see a real performance Bagger, check out 2147 Crew UA-cam channel. He has not only built his Bagger to perform, but to go the distance. youtube.com/@2147crew?feature=shared
Bought this Tour pack after watching this video of yours. Finally received my tour pack and the latch is able to be opened by applying just a bit of effort. Is this happening to you also? Already contacted Hogworkz. They told me to tighten the 2 allen screws on the latch. That didnt work. Then they sent me another entire latch kit. Was still able to unlatch/open the pack even in the locked position with very little effort by pulling back on the latch piece that catches the lid latch piece. After this, Hogworkz provided a return label… sent them the tour pack so that they could check it out and see if they could fix this. After a few days Hogworkz 15:32 representative told me they swapped the latch again and even had they’re shop guys/mechanics try to open it and said it was working properly now. When I received the tour pack I was still able to open it both in the unlocked and locked position. Is this happening to you or any other person reading this?? Any intel on a fix for this?
Sorry to hear this happened to you. Mine is definitely not having this issue. Have you checked the alignment on the hinges? Or maybe even the latch bar? I’m guessing if they replaced the latch, that should’ve fixed it.
@@RAIDERWORLD they claimed to have fixed it but I was still able to open the unit with minimum force. Hogworkz tried their best to make it right for me with sending me another latch kit and then by providing a shipping label so I could send the unit back to them so they could solve the problem. After all, they gave me 3 options: 1: Return the entire unit with a 20% restock fee. 2: keep the unit and receive a 20% store credit. 3: keep the unit and receive a 15% reimbursement. I decided to keep the unit because the color match is on point and because the unit makes the bike look badass!! I watch all your videos and have used a few of them to do my own installs. Great video’s brother!!! 👍🏻
@@damiangarcia4300 Man, that’s too bad. At least they tried to make it right. You did install the gasket right? I know before I installed the gasket, it was really loose. Either way, I really do appreciate the support 🤟🏽 it’s because of you guys, I keep the channel going
I notice you had same issue when you attach the quick Mount to the docking plate , ur pushing with lots of force for The front hooks of the quick plate to Hook into the docking hardware , does it loosen up after awhile and it just hooks in ? I switch to Hogworkz from my eBay docking and quick release , and first thing I noticed about the hog Workz was how much force it took to attach the pack onto The docking hardware
The Harley Stock docking hardware doesn’t match up immediately with the HogWorkz Quick Detach. It will break-in after some use. If you switch out the stock, to the HogWorkz 4-Point Docking Hardware, it fits perfectly!
@@RAIDERWORLD lol not for me I use both thr hogworkz docking plates and the hogworkz tour pack mount and it’s hella hard to put on gotta put one hook at a time force it in then another hook , taking it out is more of a adventure by myself
I love how you now have the HD King tour pack and the Hogworks chopped tour pack, thanks for showing us how they look and how to install them. I am about to pull the trigger on mine soon, but I am still deciding on the HD one or the Hogworks one. I know the Hogworks one is quite a bit less expensive. Either way, I am probably going witht the king because I want somewhere to put my (full face) helmet. Can you get the HD locks so that they use the same keys as your bags?
I was blown away with the quality and color-match on this Tour-Pack. I was very hesitant with putting on aftermarket parts on my RG, but HogWorkz has been very consistent with sending me out quality parts. And yes, I believe you can install a keyed Harley lock. Thank You again for the continued Support 🤟🏽
The Chopped Tour-Pack does not accommodate the Harley speaker pods, but I’m sure they could be modified to fit. I believe they do have a lid where you could install speakers though.
@@RAIDERWORLD thanks brother... yeah, so many decisions (chopped vs. king) (speakers or not) (HD vs. Hogworks vs. Advanblack). I wish there was a showroom to be able to check them out. Are you still out of town? Hopefully you are home with your family and getting some riding time in too!
Man hogworks gave me a bad taste when they sent me some black bag lid handles and they had so much play in them and the grooves in them were rounded off vs the oem ones. Maybe I got a bad set. Who knows. Maybe they increased quality since them.
I absolutely agree. I believe sometimes with newer companies like HogWorkz, parts like that might slip by. As long as they make it right, is what matters to me. Quality control is definitely a must! As they continue to grow, I believe they will only get better 🤟🏽

I hear ya my man, love the videos
is there any adjustment on the locking latch mine is super tight
Not that I can see. Have you checked to see if your gasket is seated properly and not catching? Or maybe the hinges
Yes, there are adjustment allen screws on each side (forward & rear side)of the latch assembly.
Do you have a comparison with Hogworkz and Advanblack tour packs?
From seeing both, they are very similar. I would say HogWorkz has an upper hand in the paint department though
