@@5uperM almost 20 years here, although I generally only listen to it once or twice a year, because it's just one of "those" songs... incredibly fucking well done, but... really fucking disturbing if you start to think about it. Like, horror core and gore-metal and all that stuff doesn't phase me, but this... well, from personal experience, don't eat a ten-strip of LSD and listen to this while watching a tape with bunches of random shit like faces of death, looney toons, and tons of other totally random shit... I mean, it sure as hell was an interesting learning experience, but most people can't exactly handle that kind of shit without it permanently scaring their psyche, which, unfortunately, I also found out through experience... walls and windows are hard enough to replace, but the friend was never able, to quote the song, "trade in his mind"... it's really pretty much a buzzkill when you gotta try to talk your friend out of a psychotic rage while they're tripping, drunk, and on meth... (which I would DEFINITELY advise against trying, alcohol is just bad news). cheers
@@redprince9 well that was a comment and half. Do you hold any other Thrilwell's songs in such a high regard? I personally also love Memerin as it gives off a vibe of peaceful death.
But still the song scares the fuck in me.... if was absused as a child... but that is At least a Heterosexual abuse... i wouldnt have minded if a girl aboused me... happy NEW year anyway to all jim fans....
The narrator's clearly snapped. (Horrifically, judging by the tone of the song.) So it could be about anything really. I can see where the OP's going with the aging theory. There's that lullaby jingle going on throughout the song, and the narrator repeatedly talks about growing old, as if he's talking to a small child. Not to mention the lines about being born to a paedophile. I love that this is the last song on the album. It's so... dark, and unsettling.
I've been listening to this song on and off for the past 6 months and I still love it.
9 months later and my opinion hasn't changed

0:43 That's a sample of Fear Factory's _Replica_
This song really gives me a demented vibe.
Superb song and lyric! :)

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure this is about aging.
could you explain why do you think so? I've been trying to understand the lyrics myself for months.
