Powerful words that ministered to me greatly...
I have been divorced and don't have a relationship with my father, (never did, sadly).
It did create a distorted image of Papa God, my husband supposedly being my covering, and how I viewed myself as a woman and Child of God.
I am healing and growing daily and Nicole's words confirmed much to me in what I have been hearing in my Prayer Times.

Such a sweet story. Makes me think about when my mom passed ten years ago. I don't sing and can't carry a tune in a bucket, but as my mom transitioned I sung Amazing Grace as she took her last breaths.
Dear Nichole my family my father and mother were both head of music at church for years, my mom was the church pianist for 65 years and my Dad did the sound for over 30. My only sibling/brothers passed 17yrs ago with my youngest son being born the morning of his funeral due to an abrupt ion .I sang my Grandmother and Mother to heaven over 10 years ago my Daddy is 90 and I had to put him in the nursing home. My church family split, my boys are grown and away, along with being divorced. But the one thing that holds it all together for me before my dad became nonverbal was what he said. Sing baby Sing

This was beautiful and I can relate. We lost our mom suddenly this year and while mourning all I could do was thank God that HE had given me a mother like no other...she wasn't perfect but she loved us. Thank you Jesus for your unfailing love 🙌🏾🙏🏾♥️

This was beautiful ! Thank you for these wonderful words and singing Nicole ! It’s a blessing to know God covers ALL OF US 😁👐🏾 ! I was reading the Bible to have more understanding on the dead and I found these scriptures. My purpose is not to lack compassion, however, I feel moved by the Holy Spirit to share. Ecclesiastes 9:5 says “For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing, and they have no more reward, for the memory of them is forgotten.”
1 Corinthians 15:51-52 “Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed. “ These texts show that the dead are not in heaven, however, asleep in the graves, knowing nothing. May these words find everyone in peace and may everyone have a beautiful blessed day and holiday season! Remember Jesus is the reason for the season !
