Hi Tess, I am so glad I came across one of your videos which took me to more and more of your videos. What surprised me the most about you was the fact that you are so honest which is so rare in today's digital world. I have been looking for something legit to work online for a very long time now but failed numerous times. I am particularly interested in Transcription jobs for several reasons and whenever I searched for instructions, all I found was mostly some get rich quick scheme and scammers who made Transcription work look so easy but in fact it isn't, specially if you are a beginner. I know this for a fact because I have failed in many Transcription tests over and over again and now I know why and thanks to you. I am better armed, now that I have seen your videos and would like to better prepare myself before I simply go ahead blindly. I would like to request you to please keep up the good work and continue making more videos on Transcription Jobs, tools required, experiences as in the mistakes on the job you made yourself and how to avoid them going forward and best practices to follow. I did look up for courses on Transcription, however they turned out to be too expensive so I will keep turning up to you as I have subscribed to your videos. Keep the good work coming and may God bless you more.

What do you recommend to use, earphones or headphones? I started transcribing with the use of earphones. Had hard time to hear bad audios or foreign accents.
As a beginner, which account should I go for? Been working on QA and so far have got all the necessary skills to tackle any transcript, a Better account with better pay to pay all my bills.
You could read the legal guidelines and also check out the legal category under resources, there's a lot of info there. FAQ section. They also do webinars I think for transcribers. You're usually informed on email.
