What would allow someone to hack into a Microsoft account? Poor password privacy? Someone clicking on a phishing site? Poor Microsoft measures? Shouldn't Microsoft 365 as a service have this pretty much locked down to begin with? They charge enough.

Poor password and clicking authorize on your auth app when you didn't just log in.
