Well after it went away as a starter pack bundle, and now seeing Wave Breaker re-release, it isn't hard to say that it isn't very rare in some terms. Without a doubt, the skin could always return back to the shop exclusivity does not matter anymore.

Why do you think the Rogue Agent skin isn't rare, but you would consider Singularity or Ruin rare? Just curious. I have all 3, but I always thought the Rogue Agent was by far one of my rarest skins since I bought it in season 3.
