If you suffer with stomach pain or abdominal cramp or feel like as if someone stabbed you in your stomach, it is called a STITCH.
A stitch is a pain in the abdomen (usually on the side) that's brought on by activity and it's the bane of many runners' lives. It can range from sharp or stabbing to mild cramping, aching or pulling, and may involve pain in the shoulder tip too. And it often leaves you with no choice but to slow down or stop.
The pain is caused by a reduction in blood supply to the diaphragm, causing it to cramp. The stitch is caused by fluids which the body finds hard to digest. This causes the gut to "tug" on the ligaments connecting it to the diaphragm.
Do not worry there are a lot of preventive measure which you can take and what all you cna do if you are dealing with a stitch. Check out the video for more info.

Understood bro. But endurance training is the key. Do sets of sprints, jog and brisk walk. Get good diet, and a good workout to get you back there where you were. Either you can follow Train With Us series or get our Training plan of 12 weeks. 💪💪

Sir why stomach is paining after broad jump?
probably the same reason after running
I did broad jump a week back and i was not doing squats while my practise since then i'm facing pain in my stomach which occurs mostly when i'm doing planks or when i bring my knees close to my chest.Please let me know what can i do to recover this or should i just exercise and it will get recovered by itself?

Brother agr stitch ka pain hota toh jyada derr tk nhi rehta. Agar excruciating pain hai toh rukk jao rest do, agar tab bhi nhi sahi hua toh doctor 🏃

Sir I am at moderate level in calisthenics and practicing it for last 4 year ,
For last 4 months I am facing abdomen related issue after pull-up
Whenever I do pull-up next day onward light muscle pain along with digestion issue starts
And stay with me for very long
Some people told me about nabhi issue
Some told stop doing exercise
I am not doing exercise for like 2 months
But yesterday I did 30 pull ups and again same digestion issue arise .
I am very fed up with the issue.
And park exercise is very imp part of my life I can't just stop
Please sir help me with your valuable suggestions.

Gastric probably. Or bladder infection. First check if that is muscular pain or something else. If muscular so chill else Doctor 🏃
