Bhai 2(1+n) should be divisibile by 3... Where n is unit digit....n can be 2,5,8 whose sum will be 15 !

Option (C) 5 Kms
Approach :-
Finding two equations for slower speed and faster speed.
Substituting equation value of distance from equation 1 to equation 2 and solving.
Found Normal speed of Rekha hence found the distance too.
ill give you a simple formula for that.
product of 2 speeds * diff in time / diff in speed
in this case
= ( 5km * 2km ) * (30 min - 40 min/60 )/ 3km
= 10 - 10/60 / 3 ( / 60 cause the time is min)
= 5
use this one. your time will be saved

@@abhishekkrjha9845 bro my mistake. I had error in calculation. And this formula only works in questions like " a boy goes to school in an average speed of 30km/hr" but in this case its given 5 km more and 2km less. In this type you have to use x and y. My bad.
