Tyrantisaurus Rex labeled as "purple dino" for $8. Missing the drone and shoulder gun, but I didn't care. Same trip, got 15 mini comics for $1 a piece.
Not toy related but I saw this really cool clock that was shaped like a tractor and the clock was placed in the rear tire. It was out of my price range that day. Toy related - a Star Trek TNG Enterprise build It kit.
I found a handful of classic rock lords in kind of a $5 grab bag-style box of transformers at one place. Just some random classics sitting in with stuff from recent lines.
I’ll always enjoy your reviews, but this toy hunt channel is just *so* much fun. You and Christina have an amazing energy about you and the post voice overs really take these videos to the next level. Really happy you decided to make this channel a thing, Dan.
Hello Pixel Dan! Two Thumbs up, one of the Coolest Antique Store ever, on your Channel!!! There were Tons of Stuff and many more, in that insane Place! Thank you for Sharing! 🤩😃😃👌👌
I'm happy for Christina that She found the Tonka Camper. Isn't it amazing that this thing is still alive? Happy Easter to you both and your loved ones.🐰
Good morning Dan. I once found a large iron sheik for free. Thanks for this video and taking us on the tour. My best to you and your family from Vermont.
Best nostalgia hit I ever had was from a 1970's articulated Barbie/Big Jim horse. It was priced at only one dollar because the people running the store thought it had a broken leg. Sometimes a leg would pop out of the socket and jam. As a very little kid, I used to fix my well-loved horse all the time and had a plastic toy key that made a really good lever to pop the legs back into place. After I bought the horse, I used a house key to fix it, and the sound of that leg popping back in brought back so many memories
Seeing some of the Retro lines coming out today, brought back some of the nostalgia, Some of the things I couldn't get but wanted as a kid. The top toy lines, I'd go nostalgic crazy for, would be the old LJN Thundercats in package and the 90's Cops N Crooks. Mostly the toy lines where the figures had the most detailed accessories. A nostalgic completionist. Thank you for the great video and going down memory lane.
Super cool to see Stina go crazy for a toy, just like the rest of us. 😂. Showbiz…oh man, memories unlocked. Awesome seeing you in Ohio today. Hope you dig the little wrestler. Thank you.
Totally agree with you about the pricing and old toys equals dollar signs. I go out to antique shops with my wife and mother in law and when i see star wars or transformers, no matter the condition, the tags usually are $40 and up. Hope you and your family had a nice Easter if you celebrate!
My wife and I found some vintage Care Bear plush and TMNT figures at antique mall a few years ago for a couple bucks each. Just the other day we found a baggie of vintage toys at the thrift that had a strawberry shortcake friend as well as some of Mattel's GUTS figures from 1987, a 1986 Soma ninja figure, MLP accessories, and surprisingly, Dino Rider figure! I didn't think I had any Dino riders as a kid, but it sparked me to look them up and to my surprise, I saw a picture of the Protoceratops Dino Rider set and I totally had it, so that was really fun to remember. Anyway, fun video, thanks for sharing!
I remember my Grandmother got me the Bravestarr and Tex Hex two pack with does backpacks included. Wasn't a antique store per say but going trough her place after she passed away I found the Bravestarr figure without the backpack. So I have that, but I wonder what happened to the other stuff. Hehe Great video! That gave me a nostalgia boost!
This was filmed at the antique mall where my booth is! I have the glass case that you first stopped at, also where the VR Troopers were and the booth that had the TMNT Van. I’m a collector and opened those to get rid of my excess. I try to price my stuff below eBay, plus I run sales from time to time. Right now my stuff is 40% off 😊
I ended up with that Winnebago as a kid too. If I remember correctly it had a toilet in it, and that was probably my favorite part. I think I used it for any random toys I had as a kid. Probably had He-Man take a few family vacations in it. I'm not sure why it was given to me. I think it was from my great aunt and uncle.
I had one of those tonka caravans when I was young so sad that I still don’t have it but I loved it so much well built now I’m 54 and my house is now a toy memorabilia house including comics etc
GREAT and fun video! It's funny, I was toy hunting at Ross while watching your video and scored big-time! Got a SW Vintage Collection Nein Nubb for $3.99 and the unbelievable find at two Ross locations of a McFarlane 9" deluxe Nekron figure for $5.99! Seriously, that's nuts- go hit your local secondary outlet store for this one!
My folks and I love to go antiquing. I’m actually slower than them at it and more likely to get something than them, but we all like to do the “hey, remember that” thing.
I remember that big bird playset my grandmother had it in her house I remember playing with it that my mom my aunt's in my uncle's must have had as when they were kids
Great video. I really like seeing those VR Troopers toys (since you will the Ninja Turtles "origins" figures into existence, perhaps you could will a VR Troopers line into existence. jk lol). Seriously, growing up my big two toylines was Power Rangers and Ninja Turtles, so I like a lot of the related or similar lines as well.
Wee Wild Things. Polly Pocket competitor. Little Dolls with long hair and wild colors. They had a crazy Limo I used to play any time I was home sick from school.
Hey, um. The blonde kid in that Bravestar commercial is Zac Morris from Saved By the Bell. Antique Malls are really just museums. You go to look at all the old relics, including the nice old ladies behind the sales counter that used to work at Kmart and Sears and JC Penny with all the retail experience
When you were looking at the bagged wrestling figures I was hoping for a better look at the My Child dolls on the shelf below! They're not super common to come by and they're extremely unique. I know definitely not your usual fare at all but it was nice to catch a glimpse! 😂
Kinda hilarious how you do a whole bit on the creepy santas and then immediately afterwards smash cut to a scare-the-bejeezus-out-of-us giant green nightmare rat! XD Now, juuuust gotta change some clothes...!
Picked up a Taco Bell Star Trek III: Search For Spock glass for a few bucks at an antique store. Had the glasses back in the day. So a double hit of nostalgia with a good Trek movie and when Taco Bell was really good.
Antique malls in general are way overpriced. At least in my home town. Stillwater Oklahoma. Example. $9 used toy , but you can buy it brand new at 5 below for $5.
Airlines still give out trading cards. Next time you fly, as you are leaving the plane, ask the pilot and he will give you one. My sons have been doing this for years.
We have those here an we call them Indoor Mercado. Unfortunately these are not places you want to toy hunt , wwwwwway overpriced and that you could easily find cheaper on Ebay!!🤯🤯
What’s the best thing you’ve found at an antique store?
Tyrantisaurus Rex labeled as "purple dino" for $8. Missing the drone and shoulder gun, but I didn't care. Same trip, got 15 mini comics for $1 a piece.
fantastic!

Come on Dan, tell me you secretly bought Christina the camper and are saving it for a birthday.
Nah, these nostalgia junkie, toy collecting betas neglect their partners in every aspect of life other than financial.
The “Feels” you get when you stumble upon something you/a relative once had is by far the”Priceless”!
Loved the Double Dragon car and figures
I’ll always enjoy your reviews, but this toy hunt channel is just *so* much fun. You and Christina have an amazing energy about you and the post voice overs really take these videos to the next level.

Thanks so much!
I love your continued enthusiasm and now seeing your fam share the love. It’s. Beautiful thing! 🙌🏽 great vid
The more commercials the better. Family and friends make the videos better too. These toy hunt videos are very fun
That was a wonderful moment that Christina had. It’s so cool to see others remember and share those important childhood moments. And solid pickups.
VR Troopers is a great toyline. It's full of that Kenner goodness, with awesome sculpting.

The viewmaster collection was super cool

Cool! Nice tour of the trinkets and collectibles, thanks! I have BC's Quest for Tires on the old Colecovision. Awesome game!
I love that Tonka commercial. "Everyone else bought 7 Tonka toys, you should too."😂
Cool toys action figure store ❤😊
"I spot this Viewmaster projector" cut to Stina spotting it 😂
Super cool to see Stina go crazy for a toy, just like the rest of us. 😂. Showbiz…oh man, memories unlocked. Awesome seeing you in Ohio today. Hope you dig the little wrestler. Thank you.
The return of a great character, CREPPY SANTA LET'S GO!!
That Bravestarr backpack is sweet!!!
You better get her that Winnebago as a surprise bud!

This really makes me want to go hit some antique stores. I haven't been in a while. Thanks Dan!
I had the Neutralaser from the Bravestarr line as a kid, wish I still had it.
BC’s Quest For Tires!!! Thanks for the Memory Unlock!

I'm so glad to see you bought the Showbiz pizza cup,I had a birthday party at one of their locations once.

You got the Camper for Christina and plan to give it to her one piece at a time for her advent calendar this year don't you?
Awesome vid I found a thundercat snarl fig and 80s battlecat with he man
Fun video 💪😎
I would have bought the camper for her. Even if she didn't end up wanting it, then I could turn it into a Spaceballs tribute ship!
Antique stores are nuts
Thanks Dan, now I have a showbiz Billy Bob mug on the way to me damn it! Love ya.
Glad I could support your habit!

Thanks for coming
That backpack is the only Bravestar toy I owned, got it as a birthday present, definitely didn't get a lot of play. 😅

I had that Care Bear toy chest and book shelf
Next time you are in indiana you should check out the romney toy shop is n romney indiana, its a great store for vintage stuff.
Crazy to see that about Tonka trucks I don't think we owned any.
I live here in indiana. Where is this Antique Mall located?
Antique malds for toys are hit and miss for sure...I mostly looking for movies and vhs nowadays
We need a Pixel Dan / Froggy Flips crossover episode

Next time your up in Northern IL check out the Volo Antique mall.

Her dad must be young if he was a kid and played with that camper tonka when it came out in the mid 70s heck my brother was born in 1976.
Delta Airlines still hands out cards you have to ask the captain or any cockpit crewmember lol
That FULL METAL 1/12 tonka Winabego just shows you toy companies can do better on prices these days
I had the veiw master projector.
I am still trying to get used to seeing toys that I played with in a museum and antique stores
I have booth at a antique mall, and honestly you have to price it higher because rent can be extremely high

A lot of Antique stores are crazy
I make a real ghost catcher, I have real ghostbusting tools, if anyone cares or needs help
