- Hey there! In today's video, I'm showing the second half of my eyeshadow palette collection. I've decluttered several more palettes, too. You really inspire me to start using my eyeshadow palettes more, I just love to watch this! My plan now is some decluttering (that will make my daughter very happy cause she will get them) and it is very possible that some new purchases is about to happen very soon, he he🥰😜!

I use the oily bead situations as lip gloss or gloss highlighters to match the palettes they are in.

Yippee! Part 2! 😁👍👍👍 I was just thinking (a dangerous thing for starters 😂) about your challenge of how you might do a “battle of the palettes” between the ColourPop “Blue Moon”, GlamLite “Icee”, & the BH Cosmetics “Bubblegum”. Maybe you could start out battling between two of the most similar palettes of the three, & then whichever is the winner of that round, you could use it in a battle against the remaining palette. 🤔 Problem solved, & no need to grow a third eyeball! 😜👁️ Haha!😅 I’d really love to see you use the W7 “My Atlantis” palette, as I’m curious about what shades you would combine, etc., & what you think of the quality. I recently purchased a palette duping that same Huda “Rose Quartz” colorstory from a brand called HudaMoji, & I’m really enjoying it. I kept seeing the Huda palette popping up on Andi’s channel & others, & that colorstory just really spoke to me. 🤩💕 At first, I was concerned that it might be too similar to the Essence “Witch Side” palette that I already own & love so much, but I was glad to find it is distinctly different. (The Essence palette has more rosy-tones combined with true neutral/cool-toned beiges & taupes, whereas the Huda colorstory seems to have more purple undertones with cooler pinks & mauves). I think the emollient shade in the middle is like an “eye gloss”, or maybe can be used as a base to give the other shimmers an extra bit of “oomph “. 🤔??? I don’t know what that one is like in the original Huda palette, but in my dupe palette, it swatches as lovely, finely-milled particles of micro-sparkle suspended in a clear, balmy base…So I’m curious about what yours is like in the W7 version! 😃 Hope & pray you’re having a fantastic Wednesday today, dear sister, & it was so good to see your beautiful smiling face & hear your cheerful voice in MP when I listened earlier this afternoon after finally managing to wake up. 🥱😴😳 It’s been a “PJ kinda’ day” if you know what I mean! 😉 Lots of love being sent your way, & praying all is well with you & everyone there! That’s a great idea about the blue palettes. That’s what I’ll do! Woooo hoooo!! I’ll definitely film with the My Atlantis palette, for sure. My goal this year is to use all of my palettes. And use them more than once. I’m looking forward to the challenge. I also have all my blushes, bronzers and highlighters on spreadsheets and my goal is to use them all throughout the year. I’m excited!!! And I’m going back on a no buy. One month at a time. Steph’s palette is on its way and I also got the Not Normal by Unearthly. As long as it’s a clean competition with no kicking, biting, or eye-gouging by the palettes during the match, it’s all good! 😂🤣😆 (We especially don’t want any eye-gouging, as that’s not a pretty look for a makeup channel!) 👀 😱😳😵 I think I’ve reached (or perhaps surpassed) my limit of silliness allowed for this evening/morning & should call it a night! In the meantime, I will ponder how much I look forward to seeing you use all of these beautiful palettes you have showcased the last few days in upcoming future videos. I also look forward to seeing you dismantle some of those ColourPop palettes that have some wonky shades so that you can get some good use out of the remaining good ones. Since you’re doing a no-buy, you could definitely use some of those salvaged singles to build your own custom palettes to dupe the vibes when you start feeling “the urge to splurge”! 🤑💸💵💰 Can’t wait to see your new goodies of Steph’s palette & the one from Unearthly, too! Nice job on this declutter! You did good. It's really nice that you have a network of people to share palettes with, and I am sure they appreciate the sharing! I still enjoy hearing you talk about Tiny Marvels, SG is a classy brand. But sadly, people just don't talk about them much. I think they are going the way of the reliable but more boring brands, they revealed a new palette today that will drop in a week. Very pretty, more bridal focused, but I have most of these shades in singles already so I won't be getting it. But this is going to be boring to many people, therefore other indie brands are surging ahead of SG. But they will always be VIP in my world. Hope your weekend is good! 😁
SG is such a stellar brand. It is too bad that I don’t see more of this brand on UA-cam. I think people just get so caught up in the hype of other brands. Which I get. I’m the same. I have all those NMM pallets too. Good job proud of you. I’m just getting rid of some of my pallets too. I’m mailing them out to some people. I have blend bunnies pallets, too, and the note and the ABH pallets to. That is one company I haven’t tried yet. Either is Juvia place. I miss Mel Thompson too. At least Sydney Grace when they put out the retro pallet they gave some of the proceeds to her family. I don’t think Natasha did Nona did it when they made the retro pallet because she was begging them to make it, she made that pallet. I wish I found that zodiac pallet. I like that one better than the one I have mine is neutral. I haven’t tried any of BBs products either believe it or not I have a whole bunch of glam light nomad, Natasha, Donna, and a lot of SAS and then other Indie brands.
I do like the ND palettes that I have but honestly, I’m not a huge fan of the brand. I’d much rather use more affordable palettes. Wasn’t Mel so wonderful? I still go watch her videos sometimes. She’s a small brand with pretty limited stock. I get the palettes right when they launch. I’m really hoping she will bring a few of the palettes back. If I could quit my job and work for her and produce more products for her, I would be on it in a heartbeat!!!!!❤❤❤
