whenever i have a venus-mars conjunction in a romantic situation, it's SO intense i can barely handle it, like just looking into each other's eyes for a few seconds makes me go crazy and my body temperature literally rises lol
You forgot to mention the mirroring part of this aspect. This aspect def produces a sense of seeing yourself in the other person. That’s the reason it produces this standoffish vibe. It’s like the male and female version of two souls coming together and that can be a bit off putting in a sense. Other aspects will be more romantic and tender while this one is quite rough. I don’t see a lot of people being able to handle this aspect. It does lead to a lot of ego fights because it is so close to home. It’s the divine masculine and divine feminine coming together.

But "too much love can kill"! I had the conjunction with a girl... my Venus to her Mars. It was INCREDIBLE... steamiest sex ever! However, 18 months later and we were at war with each other and it was over. Married in '96... divorced in '97 lol! Never married since. It takes more than sexual attraction to build a relationship... and IMHO, many of the long-term relationships have surprisingly little to do with the sex component - which is more of a standard 'discharge' "as we're sleeping together" - but more to do with mutual compatibility, sociability and interests, i.e., joint venture in life.

My venus is just one degree before his mars sign and the attraction is off the charts...We have other aspects, too. His IC is on my sun and my ASC is on his north node. I'd also confirm that the attraction gets stronger the longer we're together.

Thank you, Jewel, good info. Me: Aries Venus. Her: Mars Taurus. Close conjunct. Here I´m the one can´t help pursuing like a dumb schoolboy. She´s certainly the hot and tough little Cap.nut. Different values and styles in many ways, at the same time heavy mutual attraction and "animal affinity". Both flustered at times, banter, fight, play fight, grrr. Plutonic galore, but still with a sweet soul vibe really (e.g. my Pluto trine her Moon in syn.?). Should probably back away, over all situation probably not appropriate for going on, but easier said then done. Getting to the stage of to hell with the consequences. So there is this guy on social media I stumbled on. He is a popular memer like me and we post almost the identical type of humor or inspirational things. We became friends and I felt drawn to him and that has never really happened to me through the internet. I typically cant form feelings that way but I was curious about him. He has hearted some of my photos and comments. I also do astrology but am not an expert, it's always been a hobby and friends and family seek me out for it. So I decided to check his birthday. I was born with a mars venus conjunction in Aries. His chart has the same mars and venus in Aries conjunction 8 years before I was born. Mine are 8 degrees and 10 degrees and his are at 7 degrees and 10 degrees. His pluto is forming an opposition to our conjunctions as well. I've never met someone with the same mars venus combo as me before in all the charts I've done.

Scorpio Sun Leo Moon Sagittarius Rising Female (me), Capricorn Sun Virgo Moon Pisces Rising (him). We met on the lunar eclipse in Leo-Jan 2019 and it's been really intense & magnetic ever since. His Mars & Pluto conjunct in Scorpio. My Mars & his Venus conjunct in Scorpio. I think you require the square or opposition to find enough fire to burn through your own Venus/Mars conjunction. That one toughens up a female quite well. The quintile would be awesome if you came across it.

My Venus and her Mars are in the same sign, Leo. Neither of us have a Venus/Mars aspect in our natal charts.
+AJ Christopher It's the same except it's the female who is the pursuer much of the time. The Mars person is more demanding of attention and sexual contact. You may find you experience her as somewhat tough and sexy.
I'm so Venus and he's so Mars that i can't even think of sending this video link for him to watch so that he'll know exactly what this is all about! So both my venus and mars are virgo, but his venus was gemini. So I never understood why but even though I found him physically attractive, I couldn't connect with his sexually where as he seemed more sexually attracted. It means you have a whole lot goin' on. It's public how your struggles are seen and others see how you feel about each other as soon as they look at you as a couple. You make a big impact as a couple on the world around you. The square from Pluto to the sun shows great change within your own personalities as a result of this relationship. The square to Venus from Pluto is a hard contact typically indicating power struggles and Pluto square Jupiter in the composite chart is very difficult to deal with. It can show legal problems, money power struggles or fighting over beliefs. If the orbs aren't close that will help. Look to the moon to see how you connect emotionally. That will be critical in a composite such as this.

Jewel, how about a double whammy quindecile between these two planets? My mars quindecile her venus, and her mars quindecile my venus. Plus, our Suns are quindecile and our moons are quindecile. different sings are not to be in conjunction..... if they are in same sings within 10° degrees then it's said to be in conjunction

I had a friend whose Mars was conjunct my Venus, he was always flirting with me and liked me but I didn't feel the same way at all, wasn't attracted in the slightest and liked him as a friend and creative collaborator only. I prefer the trine, sextile or opposition.
I have my Mars in gemini conjunct a friend's Venus in gemini in her 5th house and my 7th house. (My moon in cancer in my 8th also conjuncts her Venus) And her Mars in Taurus conjuncts my Venus on Taurus. Venus is in my 5th house her mars is in her 3rd house but overlays my 6th house.

Nope, that's not a conjunction.... conjunction occurs within 10° degrees.... and 0°, 1° ,2°, 3° are very strong conjunctions
Jewel, my girlfriend and i have this aspect in Scorpio but her Venus is in retrograde; what does it mean in regards to the interpretation you give here?
I have this with two guys I know : I'm the mars person in both cases with an Aries mars and they have an Aries Venus as well (the conjunction is less than 10° in both of the cases) and there's only one of them that I feel attracted to. However I wonder if they feel an attraction too since Venus in in fall in this sign

So my Venus makes an exact conjunction to this guy's Mars but his uranus also squares my Venus. We have some lovely aspects: his moon in my 7th sextile my moon, sun trine Pluto, Mars trine uranus, his Venus conjunct my uranus. But the Venus uranus square (and a sun moon square and my moon squaring his Mercury Venus Neptune stellium) ... This feels fated and doomed at the same time 😮

The conjunction feels stronger, cuz it's closer. But it is still felt even tho they're in the same sign but not conjunct.

My Venus man is 65, I am 46. He is the Venus in Cancer, I have Mars in Cancer, conjuction 0.00 degrees EXACT... his is 23..43 in Cancer and my mars is 23.43. So age does not matter.
