I am a student who bought this iPhone 13 phone 14 months back from Kolkata... suddenly after ios 17.4.1, I faced some issues with the software.... after the final 17.5.1 ios version came I updated it....and my screen suddenly went black....and a green line came at the top....I have used my phone very carefully and never dropped it even once, always used MFI certified adpadter cable, etc..... many people are facing this issue apple service center employees are accepting it is a software issue but they are asking 27000rs for the screen replacement...(they said apple is replacing only13pro and pro max display free of cost... required proof is given in mail.....
