The BERNINA EXPRESS train from Chur arrives in Tirano at 12.49pm. BERNINA EXPRESS bus: 2.20pm Tirano, Station - 5.30pm Lugano, North Station
As regards your second question: ASF (Italian company that serves urban and provincial transport in Como and its province) bus from Lugano to Menaggio and then LAKE COMO NAVIGATION ferry from Menaggio to Varenna
