The more I think of it, the more I believe in it. Ursula Von Der Crazy should be fired and Clare Daly appointed. The world would be a safer more prosperous place to inhabit.

Thank you Clare Daley! You are totally right. I would love to be your constituent. Unfortunately I am German and our government doesn't undertand how critical this time is and how important it would be being a neutral, nonalingned country to not be drawn into great power politics and get crushed. If I was Irish I would do anything to keep the triple lock and be proud of my small country. Here in Germany we have nothing to be proud of as common people (there are exceptions, though, we still have our peace movement).

As an Irishman from what I can see its the German people and only the German people who can stop this Ukraine madness that will drag all Europe down. Ireland is to small but we understand pain and conflict just as the German people do. The EU has to stand up to the USA now or we are finished. The German people need to take to the streets and say NO! It's best we take the pain now or all Europe will be sorry. The USA is not Europe's friend. And if they say they are they want something.

There is more than one Michael Hudson. The man of whom I speak is a Renowned Economist that teaches at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.

Us Irish who suffered under occupation for 800 years and if it wasn't for brave people smuggling arms into us we could never have fought our wars for independence.
Yes, I wish that every weapon on the planet was destroyed and the world's population agreed to never again use violence... but reality?
There are aggressors in the world. There are gangster governments....
So how does an invaded country deal with a military invasion?
It's unrealistic to say as an Irish person that we would not take up arms in the Republic of Ireland and be glad to get them from anyone who'd give them to us if a government like Russia's invaded us militarily with the intention of annexing Ireland, destroying our cities and wiping out our culture,.language, history and identity... Murdering our politicians and imprisoning on a starvation diet or killing anyone who opposed them.. and Russifying Irish people.
Would Claire suggest trying to negotiate with them?
Russia was among the first nations to recognise ireland. And supplied us with funding and weapons in 1970s to fight british occuoation. We dont speak russian, we speak our occupiers language. @@shooster5884

Here in Sweden we should have cerebrated 500yrs as an independent nation this year. But there is not a word of it in the media, since we're trying to get into NATO atm. There's been no referendum, and no debate. All of a sudden all politician want's us in NATO. Even though NATO has shown it's completely toothless and useless in Ukraine. Even is Ukraine was a member NATO could not send any troops there w o starting WWIII. Nato must stand for No Action Talk Only.

As a German I adore Clare Daly she is a woman of true morality. To the Irish people I would like to say stay neutral. In a great war Ireland might be able to survive. Germany will be obliterated. Already during the Cold War plans existed from the US military to use tactical nuclear weapons on german territory to stop Soviet troops. Probably Germany would also have been nuked from the Soviet side during an escalation.

It's amazing that Germany is still occupied by the US and British terrorists.. And the British terrorists still occupy Ireland and Spain, two EU states. Russia pulled out when the wall came down. And they tell us that Russia is evil. Russia saved Europe in WW2. Europe and Russia needs each other.
