I just realilzed that about 3 years ago, before i knew about anime let alone Hetalia, I saw a group of people walking through a store dressed as anime charas, now that I think about it they were, France, Spain, Prussia, Germany, Italy, and Romano.
If my mother saw me doing this she would be so mad and she'll give me a lecture on being rude and disruptive. You guys are so goals for me. Also I'll be too shy and embarrassed. You guys are so brave. Again, goals. You guys are amazing~!!!! (Don't worry, my mom can be not understanding about the difference between fun when she was little and fun now)
I think all Ikeas are the same one connected to different place with a few portals and immense size of it in general. More support, this looks like the closest ikea to me, but other people have commented that they recognize it, but it seems highly unlikely that these people are anyway close to me. *rambling continues*

Look around the net for people in your country. You are bound to find some eventually. Where are you from? (I managed to find some people (even if they are a 4 hour drive away) in freakind Iceland so you must be able to find some people at your place)
Me and my friend cosplayed at Walmart. I cosplayed Russia, and she cosplayed Prussia. We had some pretty good footage but some guy came up to us saying we had to Delete it.
