(Sorry kinda long) 1:10 In this cutscene there is actually an invisible and playable version of the runaway kid in the empty cage on the top left. You can move around, turn on your flashlight, grab the cage Six uses in the main game and even mess with the cutscene by making the janitor grab you, resulting in you respawning in the room just after the granny boss fight. If are grabbed after the janitor has already started moving the cage, there is a funny glitch where it'll look like he throws the cage the runaway kid is in. (I found this out whilst playing on the PS4 and I don't know if the same thing happens in other versions of the game- I would post a video but I don't know how to transfer videos from my PS4 onto my tablet).
