Does Arlecchino even benefit from C6 Chevy? Cuz doesn't a character have to get healed 3 times for Chevy's C6 buff to activate?
@@bliss-less2164yes, she does. she can only be healed through q but basically, she is healed by chev but her hp doesn't recover

Is triple hp on c1r1 neuvi better than hp-hydro-cdmg??
You want at least 1 non hp piece to not diminish the returns so I recommend with furina hp-hp-CD/CR or hp-hydro-hp

He is probably day1 player , if you check his character list , he has few selected characters with good constellation , which is a good thing also requires planning and patience.
