My feedback for targeting band 9 :
Here the candidate Muhammad's pronounciation is good but he lacks good connective words when he explains, lacks detailed explanation with examples, confidence level should've been better.
He also lacks the fluency, or atleast good flow in language, but he is struggling to start the sentence everytime. Casual body language that seems he isn't serious or pretending to be not anxious.
But his endings are always good enough & he avoids awkward mistakes in grammar and maintains a decent tone & attitude throughout the session.

Let me correct your sentence. This sentence is called a fragment sentence. In other words, this is a subordinate clause, and it doesn't make sense without a main clause. I think I underestimate my English level.
I'm Brazilian and I never studied English I just learned it by practicing but I know nowadays I'm considered fluent.
7.5 is a very high score in my opinion and I think I'm kinda better than him in terms of fluency. My grammar is definitely terrible but my fluency is fine I guess. 😅

At 2:10, the examiner asks: Do you prefer to taking notes …? I think the use of PREFER is incorrect here, it should be Do you prefer taking notes. Is that right?
The verbs hate, love, like, prefer are usually followed by a gerund when the meaning is general, and by a to-infinitive when they refer to a particular time or situation.

I can understand and answer most questions, he is very fluent

This is the main problem of students around the world. Unfortunately, unexperienced teachers try to work on every single topic and waste student's money and time.
However, you need to learn how to deal with unfamiliar topics.
IELTS isn't a general knowledge exam, it's all about how you talk about familiar and unfamiliar topic in an English Speaking Country

I'd appreciate if you could correct this sentence grammatically and semantically. it depends on their patience. every day various people with different moods can easily be found in any places. actually you can find patient and impatient people. based on this it cant be judged that people are totally patients or impatient.

It's a good video! Taking IELTS requires special preparation. Everyone who has taken IELTS will confirm that it is not enough to communicate fluently in English in order to get the necessary scores. When I see this kinds of videos , I feel very confident. Because my level is almost same as this person.
But in my country in Bangladesh , most of the examiner are native. The numbers of foreign examiner are low.
I will get band 5.5 or 6 if I perform like this candidate. Local teachers expect more from us . They demand very high performance from a student to get band 7. They should understand that English is not our native language.
Only a foreign examiner understands this fact.
