I love this! What lights me up;
1. Music - Classical, Opera... anything with deep emotional connections
2. The Beach just before sunset
3. Flowers
4. Just nature in general
5. Candles
I've wanted to embark on some form of music career but always put it off due to lack of experience or no proper music education... but it's the ONE thing that really lights me up! I'm sooooo going to try some of these tips. Thank you!

why am I just discovering this channel? the truth is, freedom to our soul is going to come from within. no one is coming to save me, I have to stand up and step up for myself if I want to give life to my dreams

Writing and dancing for me. I haven't danced in years but recently realised that its a huge part of me, just freeform dancing to music on my playlists :) I've started writing daily which is super empowering.

I know what lights me up. Somewhere along the lines I forgot and someone else’s energy and intentions have been entangled in mine. Now I’m just collecting my light back from others that have taken it.

What lights me up ? Well honestly I never thought of happiness as a light but while reading you're book, it has inspired me in such beautiful ways to bring the best out of me. My mindset has changed and I no longer crave to be happy because happiness is already within me, thank you so much Rebecca! for reminding me of who I am, OF WHO I'VE ALWAYS BEEN, to that child who has dreams to fullfill and has so much to offer tho this world who forgot while entering adulthood.
Anyways things that light me up are :
Hiking, adventuring , yoga, reading, eating healthy stuff, learning about cultures , art, and nature.

My mother always had a flower arrangement in our house whether from her garden or from the store. I recently started to this on a regular basis and what you said about 'loving flowers and giving them to myself as opposed to them being given to me and as a result you get given flowers as a gift' resonated profoundly with me. What lights me up ? When I feel everything so connected around me ( feeling connected to the nature )etc yesterday I was walking in the rain and listened to the music which felt so uplifting and I felt for that magic moment : all I need is me to feel connected . I also love flowers so much so I treat myself . Beauty can uplift so so much . Thank you Rebecca you inspire me a lot . Thank you to share your Light !
