I felt so sorry for Strider and the Noontiders. They deserved better. Little detail I noticed: When Dalin activated the device, Strider tries to off himself instead of falling under Monolith control again.
After playing STALKER 2, I kinda felt sorry for the ex-Monoliths in the Zone who just wanna move on, specially Strider who worked his ass off to give his fellow ex-Monoliths a new life. Getting to talk with Strider again after his fate at Doc's lab, he started to lose it when he found out we failed to stop the experiment that turned them back into brainwashed killing machines. Such life in the Zone.
This reminds me of a PDA conversation between two Noontiders about people raising "small Fleshes with ears" on the Mainland for food, and both of them were genuinely surprised people do that. Damn, it was always too late to save them, wasn't it?
Khors asks you if its true the mainland has no Emissions. Strider was right in keeping his brothers inside the zone; they don't know any other way of life.
I literally feel bad for every ex-monolithian in the zone. They (as shown in CoP) literally are like a lamb without a Shepard, lost in the land without a guidance, gathering in flock made of ones with similar fate for safety and company. In a place surrounded by people who hates them for a reason that happen in the past that they did not realize. Through years, they form a communities. Isolated from almost everyone. Building trust slowly with other people. Fully embraced with the fact that ones who control them won't be in the picture anymore. Free to do what they will. Brave themselves to blend with people and be one with them. Helping others in need for what seems to be an unreasonable act for Monolithians. All of that was quickly destroyed by a desire of a single naive scientist. They're controlled by the same device which manipulated their mind, Unable to resist after years of damaged mind and attacking everyone against their will. Becoming the terror that the people of The Zone fears once again. Like damn, people like Uncle Lyoya was so kind to a rookie Stalker but His PDA filled with disbelief of how his rescuer suddenly turns against him and begging him for him to get a hold of himself.
Noontide are not monolithian anymore, we left our old ways behind, we care about life... and... THEY WILL LISTEN TO THE MONOLITH OR THEY WILL ALL PERISH, ALL HAIL THE MONOLITH
Really glad you did a sequel cause the noon tides story in stalker 2 is by far the most interesting part of it and I think you’ve captured that guilt very well
i hate the fact that the noontide have a bad end either you help them or not im sad for these poor bastard especially for strider. may he rest in peace like all of his brother. he was a good stalker.
well Strider is somewhat at peace bc he's ded. Most of his brother Noontiders is still patrolling Pripyat, brainwashed. Strider would be rolling in his grave right now if he can
i had goosbumps as the Stalker 2 Pianotheme kicked in. Also fantastic storytelling without saying a word, but the players will know...very tragic. good job man!!
It was a quite easy for me on veteran difficulty, scar's EM-1 gauss oneshots them anywhere and diesnt needs to be reloaded, the only matter was just pop medkits in time
Great video that surely took a lot of effort! It's tragic, really. Many ex-Monolithians were judged for the things they unwillingly comitted. They lost their memory, most people in the zone treated them with kill-on-sight mentality. Then they are forced to do everything again after the Signal. Turns out everyone was kinda right to fear ex-Monolithians, still a tragic story.
This is so tragic, i want them to be saved but there was nothing I could do, damn you GSC, i would pay every money for a playthrough so you can side with Noontide and save them!!! Do that as DLC!!!
Oh come on dude be original. Imagine finally getting a stalker series and instead of people that actually look and speak like they're from there you want the hundredth Ryan Gosling movie lmaoooo what an npc
It's a pity the developers didn't have a budget like Cyberpunk, they could have cast Ryan Gosling as Strider. Rumor has it that the Stalker developers want to create a series on Netflix. Maybe everything is possible
I only feel bad for quiet dude left them to be a trader and I joined the ward and it drives him insane with the rest of the noontide God whatever the wish maker told them really fucked them up
I felt so sorry for Strider and the Noontiders. They deserved better.

Exact same feeling, i had a tear when you meet him again (X15). This detail of hilm trying to resist and suicide is so nicely scripted.
I later found the Ninth alone but shot to death. And that was before the a-life patch, so I wonder...
You’re not just a shitposter. You’re a storyteller.
a*
@ thanks bruh, just fixed it

Genuinely, the best move in terms of storytelling for ex monolithians. Sad one, but life-like, pretty much...
There is no Strider in noosphere, it's just an another psi-illusion
Poor Strider , i knew him Skif
@@jezura-outsidermetal9530copy of a consciousness, nothing more, nothing less. A prison for soul.
I was devastated...I got hit in the heart. They were good men. Good men trying to do good things. I couldn't hate scar and the ward enough.
My monolith training kicking in as soon as I'm free to roam in STALKER 2:
Only one can be rewarded.
Noontide story is so tragic.. Strider fate is tragic, man, was pissed off that you couldn't do anything to help/save them from that
He tried so hard and get so far. In the end, it doesn't even matter
He had to fall to lose it all, but in the end it doesnt even matter
Put their trust, in him, push as far as He could go
For all this, there’s only one thing you should know
THEY PUT THEIR TRUST, IN HIIIIM, PUSH AS FAR AS HE COULD GO
Dude. That was so damn good. The eye color change in 1:08 is surreal. And how dafuq Ryan Gosling fits STALKER atmosphere so well???
Dead in the eyes, non emotive.
Bladerunner 2049 was so good. Couldn't've been anyone but Gosling for K.
When Strider grabs his rifle before the Monolith took control again...I felt that...

The regenerator cannot heal these feels
Hopefully the future DLCs let us do anything to help these guys. I'm still sad for Strider, he deserved better.

- Some noontider giving a speach somewhere to some local stalkers right in the middle of the experiment failing.
My man Strider deserves an edit for all he did in both Stalker games

I will never forget you Strider you kind heart was too kind for the Zone, and for the rest of the brothers may you rest in pace
Babe wake up! Nifty just dropped a new STALKER vid!!!
without the goofy ahh aesthethics of old stalker it doesnt feel like a meme anymore more like a good quality movie.
Watching this makes me question the life itself

it was a great video I watched this streight after finishing the game and I was depressed asf the zone is really tragic
@CaptainMoser i'm back to wild island-base after the SIRCCA Incident...very sad! The Story is absolutely amazing, hard to quit a gaming session.
Another absolute classic

Strider and scar are my favourite characters, the tragedy of both of them are unfathomable. Hits hard man!

okay, watched it like twenty times today. I love your "Monolith" Video, but this here is...someting different. Awesome work!
Amazing edit, I'm glad to see I'm not the only dumbass mourning Noontide 😢

For the monolith..
For the Monolith.
It was soo good I felt like I should've paid for that
NOOO NOT THE OST THAT PLAYS WHEN YOU SEE STRIDER FROM THE POD NOOO YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME😭😭😭😭
That piano cuts deep.
The "COME TO ME" felt so powerful. Awesome animation dude 10/10
Everything which combines the Blade Runner 2049 with something else, is a winner in my book. :D
MAN YOUR CONTENT IS SO GOOD
At this point I'm gonna be disappointed if Ryan isn't in a stalker film if it gets made.
That's not Ryan
That's the monolith soldier
god damn this is some high quality shit right here
*spots skif 200km away behind a concrete wall afterwards*
Funny this shows up in my recommended just after I encountered the ninth and helped him out.
This hit so hard after going in the Sphere the second time
During an emission.

I was just passing through Noontide base, paused and alt tab and was recommended this vid like 30sec ago lmao
I’ve decided my 20th Cosplay shall be, a Monolithian due to how great they are in the series
Noontide is the most tragic group in the zone
The music is so heartbreaking. You can hear it in Scar's ending of the game ((((((((
This song…I lied to Strider to save him the pain of knowing the plan didn’t work. I couldnt tell him it was all for naught.
Hide the damage
tHE mONOLITH DRIP REMAINS UNMATCHED!

Hits even harder when you see the conclusion to Strider's story arc. Poor bastard :(
Strider never deserved this 😿

Scenes from Blade Runner 2048 cut in with the game. Nicely done.
После 5 месяцев отсутствия вернулся и сделал это. Достойно уважения.
You really maker of a alternate story of S.T.A.L.K.E.R ! We are waiting for the continuation of your series 😎🍿
This video fits the whole vibe of the game after i finished it I felt this way the zone is a fucking lonely place the more your in it
