Looks like Theme Builder is only available with PRO. When I select Theme Builder, all of the selections say PRO. Am I missing something? I have OceanWP theme and in the latest version, my footer now has a background with a mountains scene rather than just a plain black color background. I'd like to remove the mountains-they don't go with my site at all. They were not there in earlier versions. Any suggestions for a free solution?
It looks like this guy is gone. What I would suggest you is to install an additional plugin called "Elementor Header & Footer Builder". Then you'll be able to build a footer using Elementor free version.

You need to select None for the mobile breakpoint.
