Watching your video I really feel that my grandma is near me and i am getting comforted , because you look very much like her . Thank for uploading the videos amma .
Hi mrs.gita.i am kalyani here I see all your receipes and like the way you explain that those who don't know cooking can learn easily.i appreciate you very much and God bless you and your family.thanks😁👍
Once few months ago we made thenkuzhal by adding grinded karuvepilai, inji, pachamilaga to the thenkuzhal batter as Revathi Shanmugam Amma suggested. It was excellent
i suggest add the sprinkle powder spices like chilly powder, chat masala, gunpowder, etc. on fresh hot namkeen muttri or namakpara since tht will give more flavour than added to dough or if not adding also.
Thankyou gita! I like the smell and taste of pudina and this is the first time learning that we can make diamonds with it. Happy Deepavali in advance to both of you. Do share some pleasing thoughts on that day!
Yummy snacks, dear Gita aanti missing the sweet sound of colourful bangles in ur hand from last few videos,my mom used to wear them, would love to see them in ur hand .please excuse me..

Hi geetaji. One request from me is that i want you to share the process you have used to season the cast iron utensils you bought before using them. I haven't purchased the cast iron ones but i have bought the iron ones. If you can share the process, it will be helpful. Thank you

Hello Ma'am, Namaste. Things is Shraddha from Nashik, Maharashtra. I like and love your recipes very much. I also tried some of these recipes. I used to make namakpare using kasuri methi. But I liked the one made with mint. Ma'am, will you please let me know the brand of mixer you use? My mixer always trips while grinding urad Dal.
Yesterday I tried this and realised that things are not so easy as seen on video. Unless you make a very very thin chappathi and cut, the diamond will not come out crispy. It is not easy to make chappathi out of maida dough or to cut them, because they are sticky and take more than normal time to fry them also. If you cut the diamond keeping the chappathi on marble stone, then marble powder come out. OK, end result was not bad. But those who try keep the roller cutter and remember to make the chappathi really thin. It is difficult to cut with kitchen knife 🤣. I initially got so much frustrated that I threw the dough after the first round of frying because the diamonds were "chow chow" 🤣and then on second thoughts took it back and completed the balance quantity. 🤣🤣🤣Geetha mam my prostrations at your feet. 🤣🤣🤣
Like your receipes all receipes are well explained by you.
