He will be the lucky one if this qualifies.
I dont expect him to qualify, as much as I like him personally. I think he might have had the best chance of all of his songs with Pretty Little Liar, but sadly lost out to that dreary Victor Crone song UGH.
He is a solid singer with long time respect from the people. These 3 songs were all great in my opinion. But i must agree on the fact that it is a shame that they voted the overly meh crone song instead of pretty little liar.

georgina not every country has a national selection (festival),some of the countries select their representative internally by the national broadcaster. And that's why most of the artist have only music video not live performance.
In Estonia he seems to have a band of women who push him to do well in the public vote which is why he won the selection. He came 8th in the jury vote and 1st in the public vote which pushed him to the superfinal (top 3) where it was just public votes so he won.🥺

The woman in the video is cheating on him, what is off putting about his behaviour? ffs you sound like a bitter psycho. He's a nice guy* with a great voice and presence but the comments of "heard-it-before" (which I agree with) means he may not feature in the top places. Quirky songs and performances have often caught the imagination of the Eurovision audiences. (*My son has worked with Uku with the Vanemuine Ballet in Tartu on a show called "Midnight Express" - a show of 30s/40s songs and dance which included ....wait for it!...... "Putin In The Ritz" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
Looks like the Matt Bomer scene from Chuck tv show when he tries to steal the intersect out of the lab,both have bow ties on too.Just one thing that stuck in my mind,if this was a girl singing about a relationship gone wrong this song would probably have qualified like the other entries lol.
Tbh i could of tell you the winner of Eesti Laul 2021 last year when they announced that eurovision is not happening. People just gave him another change (estonians felt sorry for him) bc of last year but its not a good song for eurovision at all.

I agree with you! It's not bad but just doesn't seem very special. I like the 80s influences in the music and his voice is pretty good but that's about it. I just feel no need to listen to this besides in Eurovision videos. Great reaction video!

The song is your typical radio song from 2010. A bit outdated and we-heard-it-before. Though he's a cute one :D
