medal should have automatically picked up persona but if not - open persona 4 - go to medal and click the record button top left - make sure its in the game capture mode, below should say "Start your game! click here if we haven't detected it" click that - after press continue on the pop up and then on the drop down where it tells you what game you are requesting pick persona 4 - go back into persona and it should pick it up now
