Believe you me, this techical team will soon know who the top 20 to 23 players are in this large group of players - the rotation we see is aimed at that, giving every team member an opportunity to raise their hand. You can not have a squad of 35 plus players but rely on a group of 11-13 players - that is bad team management and a waste of financial resources. The focus and attention will then turn towards managing that group of 23 players - fitness level, freshness of legs, pairings and combinations, starters and subnstitutions, etc, etc. I see deep thinking and long term planning behind what most see as chaos - to know the core team and the reliable supporting actors, who to sell at the end of the season, positions to reinforce, who to promote, etc, etc. I believe in coach Manqoba and his entire capable technical team. I just wish that some of the "stars" in the team embrace the present and give 120% to the project and stop leaving in the past. Good times are loading......⭐
@@bongumusamadonsela6105 I hear you and your comments make sense but I only have a few questions for you that we are doing all these wholesale rotations at what cost so far? And is it so difficult for the coach to utilize his 5 subs to rotate the team while maintaining a core starting XI as opposed to making 6/7 changes every match?
@@elvismutuma2008 it is done at the cost of having legs to sustain the team in all competitions. My personal view is to trust the process. I remember senior coach Steve saying phase such as storm, forming and etc that is practical tangible. So the only needed is to believe the process and not think otherwise. I'm very much happy that we are moving away from individual brilliance to pickup the team.
Ntate Manqoba is happy that we are in the caf top eight. we hope the treatment of players is equal so that it doesn't brake the piano rhythm and engrave more stars on the teams logo Aeate kgotso
We are weak on set pieces, the coaches need to work on them. We are easily scored on set pieces, and we don't use our corner kicks any better. Magesi used their set pieces well, and we have no answers...maybe it because shalulile was subbed who helps in defending set pieces
I'm still not convinced by our current style of play, especially the wholesale rotations of the team. It's killing the cohesion and intensity of the team! I mean Manqoba has 5 substitutes that he can utilize to play the players he wants to give game time. We need our strongest starting XI playing first asap and then use 5 subs coach and please know when to put your subs aseblief. Playing our strongest XI will help the team to have continuity, you bench players like Modau, Mokoena, Mvala and Modiba? These players can easily start at any big team in Africa, teams like Chiefs, Pirates, Al Ahli, Yanga, Zamalek, Raja Casablanca, Wydad, Esparence etc. By the way Magesi was beaten 2 Nil to Chippa United today something that we failed to do!
My guy you can't analyse football like this honestly because the same magesi beat pirates but they were not even playing, these so called teams normally can't match their size they love big teams and mine you with this type of play how many champions league have we achieved, this sundowns will surprise many but you entitled to your opinion
Our Defensive structure is not up to the standard we set ourselves. Better display compared to two previous encounters. We realy need to break these teams, force them to come out. I am a prisoner of Hope
@sbonelomshibe3114 Ya I also accept the win but I'm not sure if will big trophies with the way we play. I'm not convinced and teams are beginning not fear Sundowns like before. Do you see how times we allowed Shukhukhune to shoot at goal? 1 or 2 of those shorts could have led to a goal
Sundowns need to improve when it comes to set pieces. Its really disappointing that whenever we take a corner or free-kick you know nothing will come out of it.🥲
That same perfomance without the goals would the coach be satisfied??...i completely disagree on the playing well part..we are winning football matches not playing well..but we take the win n move
You don't have a team you have teams.....if you continue with this kind of play you will be recycled soon....you play like you don't have quality and your players don't seem to be motivated....once you meet pirates or well structured team you will be exposed.....you play in pockets there's nothing special about your style....

As long as Manqoba gets wins, Im fine. The problem of the team not to play well in caused by massive rotation.

Ever since we let go of Lakay. We can no longer taksetpieces
Even shalulile’ scoring form has droped ever since
Kaboyellow Masadawana 👆, Im happy with Allende preform he moved a bit up to the last 3rd of the ground yesterday 🎉🎉🎉
We are asking for more trophies. Not necessarily more goals
Did we control it the way we wanted to? I didn't see that, we won but yohhh what you are saying is not true

@elvismutuma2008 it's a great thing for them to not be scared of sundowns 😂, so that they won't PARK A BUS

18 goals in 8 games 😮and people are still downplaying the teams work😮

When we concede a set-piece it is always shaky to deal with, this has been a problem since last season.
We are not convincing.

This one is busy making Sundowns an average team and unfortunately fools are not aware of this.We are playing shitty football currently 😢
,My😂 coach every day you have answers my broo joooo,,now 😅
Win doesn't change the fact that, coach manqoba is a poor coach
For the last three interviews he's been on goals whilst not winning trophies.
Kant isn't goals the one that makes you win
@creatingachangeintheworldo629 mara my friend you are being unfair, Im addressing winning trophies not just winning games
This Man must leave Sundows
If you were the one who signed him yaaa besizozwa
