I tried to look at the shadow change behind him in the video. I am guessing 35 minutes but frankly have no idea. Would be nice to know the time and turkey weight.

Can you use this recipe with a boneless turkey breast? I'll be using wild turkey breast meat. It's filleted off the bone.
why not use butter from wrap in the dip?
You can add that it to the dip for that extra turkey brine flavor.
