      The boy is now an adult and his name is Collier Landry; he legally dropped his father’s surname. He did an excellent documentary about his mother’s murder called, “A Murder in Mansfield.” I watched it a few years ago on UA-cam, so you should be able to find it. You should also check out his podcast (“Moving Past Murder”) which is on Apple, and he has a UA-cam channel under his real name, Collier Landry. His father came up for parole in 2021 (I think) and his parole was denied. Collier didn’t just lose his mother and his father....both his mother’s and father’s families rejected him after the trial (he was a key witness), so he ended up in foster care, and his adopted sister was put in a different foster home. He has tried to find her, but never has. He suffered a great deal of trauma.

      So grateful he's been able to sanely move past all the abandonment & terror. I'll look up his channel and his doc.
      I gave you a "thumbs up" because of your generous and kind response; however, I KNOW, his brutal experiences affect both of us.
      A beautiful and innocent person in my family was senselessly murdered, too. His sweet little girl was too young, to have ever known him, as well as I did. Monstrous humans have no idea the damage they cause, nor do they care.

      @voracious reader Thank you so much for the update, I often wonder about those that are left to pick up the pieces after a tragedy, I always hope they have received all the supportive services they will need to help them process what they have been through, although I know the reality is most of these people who's lives have been destroyed are often left to fend for themselves after the police, sometimes media and liaison officers have finished ticking all their boxes and paperwork.
      So much carnage and broken people are left behind it's awful and terribly sad.
      So it's nice to hear of somebody using all that damage as a catalyst for something good.

    I don't understand that Boyle only got 20 years after what he did. He'll probably be paroled in 2023? This was premeditated. No ex-wife no alimony. his plan was to start a new life with his mistress and his children. To bury her in his basement. What a freak! I think the mistress was involved also. How convenient that his almost ex-wife disappears all of a sudden. His son is in danger if he gets out.

    In a 1990 lawsuit filed on the behalf of Noreen Boyle's children, Noreen's estate was awarded most of the money and assets accumulated during her marriage to Boyle. He retained $20,000 and the title to the Erie house where he'd buried Noreen's body. Boyle agreed to a $500,000 judgement and the estate would also be able to collect by pursuing any future income Boyle earned, including money earned from the sale of rights to his story to publishers or production companies. The judgement also settled a paternity suit filed by his mistress for $67,500.
    In December 2020, Boyle was denied parole for the second time since starting his sentence. His next parole hearing is scheduled for August 2025. He remains incarcerated at Marion Correctional Institution in Ohio.

    I'm not so sure in Canada life in prison really means life in prison until you die there. I've always said if you're going to do a crime do it in Canada because you'll be out of prison before you know it. Am I wrong on that?

    • @leslieshand4509
      @leslieshand4509 3 роки тому +3

      Yes you are wrong. A sentence of 25 years to life leaves it open for parole. A sentence of life in prison with no possibility of parole is exactly that

    • @gonavy1
      @gonavy1 3 роки тому +2

      @@leslieshand4509 so how many people in Canada are actually serving life in prison with no parole ever. Meaning they will die in prison without ever having any possibility of parole.

    I think the doctors ring in girlfriend and mother is as EVIL as him, the beautiful son was living in danger with his own father and grandmother they should have been charged as well I suppose it can't be proven but WHAT pregnant women prepares the life of a new baby living in that horror house? You are the blue eyed girl today when you go for divorce poor old psychopathic doctor would have to buy another house with a basement whew he should have got the death penalty I hope his son is with his mums family changes his name and never looks back

    For those who have never been to Prince Edward Island... it is NOT isolated or sparsely populated. Actually, it is a large well populated island and is a province of Canada. It has a huge 12 Km long bridge plus a ferry service connecting it to mainland Canada; the Confederation Bridge.

    TO ALL THE INVESTGATORS, LIDIGATORS,INCRCERATERS, FORENSIC SCIENTISTS,,,,,,,,,""OUT OF THEIR JOBS ""
    THEN WHAT HAPPENS ????? THE LESS CRIME YOU HAVE THE MORE UNEMPLOYMENT IN LAW ENFORCEMENT

      With all the mask mandates and job firings, only the criminals will be left. Criminals wear their masks to freely wreak havoc. Try calling 911 and see what happens. Our leaders want chaos so they can take more control. Those trying to find the criminals and control crime have become dupes.
