    Okay, so, today I received my magnipros led-illuminated magnifier head visors and I paid $15.95 for them.
    I had already decided in my mind that when I got them, they would probably be cheaply made and that I wouldn't like them and that I would probably just give them away to someone else but pleasantly to my surprise, they were the total opposites.
    They are very well made and the lenses are of high quality whatever the material is!
    As a matter of fact, I like them so much that I am about to order another pair just to have on hand just in case something happens to the ones that I just purchased.
    Yes, this product is well worth the money!
    I highly recommend these for people who do tedious work, whether it be with art, electronics or anything that requires perfect vision.
    I am a barber and every now and then I will get a tiny peace of hair under my fingernail which somehow gets under the nailbed and it can be very painful but thanks to the magnifier, I am able to properly utilize my needlepoint tweezers and see with Eagle Eye precision, exactly where the hair is under the fingernail nailbed thanks to this product
    They are well worth the money!
    I love em!

      I don't know if my video helped in the decision or not but I am really glad you like them! I totally agree and expect things like this to look and feel cheap but they are higher quality than expected, especially the lenses felt and looked far better than anticipated. Thanks for taking the time to leave a kind and detailed comment Tony.

    Just got a pair today through Amazon. They look just like yours with the exception of the battery is a rechargeable battery. You are right, they are quite comfortable and easy to use. The selection of 5 different strengths of lenses is also great. I am making rings and pens and got these for using as I add small pieces such as wristwatch gears and other watch pieces. Hi surely if your eyes are of different magnification these would be no good without your glasses, because the lenses would be the same both left and right ? Therefore not suit your eyes ?

    • @Tw3akst3r
      @Tw3akst3r 4 роки тому +1

      My eyes were very different and so my glasses were. Now I have vision in only one eye but as these simply magnify it doesn't matter if they are the same or different or you use or don't use glasses. It'll simply magnify whatever your eye or eyes can see. How bad your eyes are may play into sharpness focus and such but clear or blurry it'll be magnified

    which is better suited for internal watch repair? the one on your video which uses both eyes, or the single eye loupe with head strap.

    • @Tw3akst3r
      @Tw3akst3r 3 роки тому +1

      I am blind in one eye so anything helps here! For such small repairs, I think both could work fine but personally, I'd look at several factors.
      Do you need to wear glasses? The loupe doesn't seem ideal.
      Do you need additional light? The loupe doesn't seem ideal.
      Do you prefer glasses or a strap around your head, comfort over long use is definitely a factor.
      Sorry if I didn't offer a definitive answer but I don't think I can as what works for one person might not for another. It's a Pros and Cons comparison and for me, I'm likely to lean towards these in the video or another pair of glasses style in one of my other videos over the loupe/strap.

    One could solder a couple of wires to the unit and have an external battery pack in the pocket or resting on a table. if the weight becomes an issue. might be worth the effort if using for many hours a day and the led is needed.

      An external belt clipped or laying on the table type battery pack would be a good option. I use this daily but without batteries and have a lamp where I sit to read so the annoyance of the weight isn't an issue for me but would be if using batteries with it for any prolonged amount of time.
