I am exploring and sharing information on dividend-paying and growth-oriented companies listed in the United States, and I invest in the belief in the country's growth potential.
Since early 2019, I have been investing in the US market. Through observation, I learned that companies listed in the US market are very shareholder-friendly and strive to return profits to their shareholders. As a result, I transferred all the funds I had invested in the Korean market for the past 10 years to the US market and started investing. I am working towards financial freedom, and I hope that everyone can achieve it too. However, financial freedom doesn't come easily. It starts with hard work and saving up a "seed." I believe that if you live diligently and save, you can eventually lead a happy life.

고금리로 업계전체가 안좋은데 그중 살아남는곳이 다른기업을 인수하고 있는 상황에 있어보입니다. 임대료지급을 못하는 곳은 어쩔수 없이 생길수 있고, 그래서 임차인의 재무재표에 충분한 현금을 보유하고 있는 곳을 선정하여 임대를 주겠다고 회사에서 이야기하고 있으니, 그것을 믿고 기달려보는것이... 현재 상황으로 보여집니다.

리츠회사들은 금리가 떨어지면 제자리를 찾을 것이라고 생각합니다. 금리가 떨어지면 배당률도 떨어질수 밖에 없으니까요. ㅎㅎ
