A popular south indian sweet which can be prepared quickly with semolina, coconut and sugar. There are many variations for making this ladoo.In this video I'm sharing an easy recipe of making rava ladoo using sugar syrup

Semolina 1 c
Coconut 1 c
Sugar 3/4 c
Water 3/4 of 1/2 c
Ghee 2 tbsp
Nuts 1 tbsp
Raisins 1 tbsp
Cardamom powder 3/4 tsp
Salt 1/8 tsp

Looks quite yummy, but only thing is usage of refined sugar, otherwise everything looks super adiboli. I usually make rava ladoos using jaggery

You can serve it for parties with friends and family. That way, the sugar will be shared by many members and it will not affect your sugar level in your body.
