man, i hope you get ALL the views and subs, because these vids are fantastic! i'm a non dancer that notices 0% of these nuances, so love the technical analysis and the constructive criticism regardless how elite they are. also appreciate how the criticism is still expressed in the most positive and classy way possible (i swear people come out the woodwork to defend their faves if you say just one wrong word lol). oh and then you add bonus info on the different choreographers and their styles? too good.

I think Sienna’s favorite group to choreo on is XG because her vision to be able to do advanced choreos on an idol group comes to life with XG. Most idol groups have simple choreos even though they’re being choreographed by world class dance crews like Kinjaz, The Lab etc.
I simply love it when experts in their field get excited about things. It just adds that xtra (har har) bit. It makes me feel like it is actually something to pay attention to because the expert is paying attention. Yup. Here for it. Gimme xg through your eyes.
This video was my first exposure to tutting, and man, it's such a cool style! I don't know if it is possible, but I want to see tutting mixed with contemporary dance (like Chisa's performance).
I feel that can definitely happen and I feel it is already out there in the world! I love seeing styles meshed together where both are represented authentically!
If u want to see the process of their dance training a good amount of their discipline and dance training is shown in the documentary xtra xtra episodes. Albeit its not the focus but still good amount shown
@@jess_holyfield they show how rigorous the industry can really be. Also its from day 1 day 1 like with all applicants not just the 7 that make it, actually i believe up until like the last 2 episodes or so its more than the final 7 girls who make it
Hinata seems delicate but is in fact the opposite. She has been a dancer 💃🏻 since childhood. She’s very graceful and dynamic. This is one of my favorite by HINATA. She’s so Beautiful. Thank you for reviewing this dance performance before her debut. 🙋🏻♀️🎼💗🐺 In their Documentary Series “Xtra Xtra” the girls are so powerful in their choreographies but then Simon”Jakops” explains that they are reminded strongly that they will be singing and that would be as a group a priority. It was kind of a let down because their dance performances were so Strong but he’s a former idol and he at first seemed harsh but extremely knowledgeable.
