Excelentes ideas, felicitaciones. La puerta de entrada podría cambiar a la pared opuesta a las escaleras y la mesa podría ser un poco más pequeña, abriendo espacio para una sala de estar. El jardín trasero podría usar un piso de vidrio (una claraboya) para dejar entrar la luz a la cocina.
Yo le pondría el desayunador en medio de la cocina aunque sea chico ... Y haría el sector living con un sillón de 2 cueros y un puff. ME ENCANTO IGUAL ❤️

Minion I really like the large full-width cutout in the shower wall for in-shower necessities. I’ll use that. I don’t understand why there is no window thru the brick wall above the sink. These traditional touches tells the modern client that the designer understands the client’s needs and can deal with family oriented items in an ultra modern home.

I'm not familiar with tornado-ready construction, but I doubt my style is the right one since I tend to use a lot of large windows.
