Can being pronounced innocent until proven guilty after being accused for committing a crime be an example of ad ignorantiam?

Does that mean being an agnostic is the safest stance (logically speaking) ? 🤔

3:28 the existence of heaven is true because 2000 years ago there is a man who claimed to have gone up from it
And why must we believe what he said?
well, this man walks on water, drives out demons, can fly in the air, heal the sick, turn water into wine, raise the dead, was full of love, the humblest person, perfect in all things and resurrected 3 days after His death.

So basically that's the fallacy of the atheists. They point at the believers' inability to prove God exists, but inability to prove God's existence doesn't mean God does not exist.

yes. Also of the deists. Inability to disprove the existence of god doesnt mean it does exist.

Not true. Atheism is simply the lack of belief - not an active position asserting there is no “god”, but rather the position of not believing. If theism was a selection of T.V. Channels, atheism would be “off”.

@@chuckmcgill4337 Not true. The position varies greatly and depends on the individual. Some atheists don't even think about deities and religions, while others like to actively debate with the believers. Stephen Hawking and similar science enthusiasts screamed "There's no God!!!!" on every corner. Atheistic communists not only stated that God or gods don't exist, but actively persecuted everyone who wanted to believe. Atheists can be extremely aggressive towards religious people. Just like vegetarians. Some don't eat meat simply because they don't like it or find it immoral, while others turn into activists who promote vegetarianism and verbally attack meat-eaters.

@@Nefarion90 Well, you’ll be glad to know that you’re speaking with a vegan atheist. I can assure you, the objective definition is as follows:
“Simply a lack of belief in an god.”
      It’s not an active position.
Side note: you can’t really blame learned scientists for being frustrated over the populace believing fairytales without sufficient evidence, can you? Haha.
