I been watching Streetgangs for a few years now and Kev Mac came up in suggestions this is definitely my favorite now glad I found his channel
Rocky was one of the most solid individuals, I've had the pleasure to grow up around. I've known him since I was a youngin'. He was larger than life. His presence commanded respect. Yet, he was humble and always showed love. One of my childhood heroes, no doubt. May he be at peace!
JayKofa what do you know about Loko Moe? I believe Rocky was close friends with my pops(Loko Moe)
I pictured everything he said
This is a real OG, and what I imagine a OG to be. Great story teller
After checking to see if KevMac put any new videos up, specifically looking for the rest of BIG U's interview, I watched this one again. And it registered, that 4 top tier members, (3) first generation and (1) second generation NHB 20s came from one household. Also, through all those years of representing their hood, all 4 brothers made it through the madness. Especially, since their house was HQ at one point. Now that's a blessing!
Much respect on his perspective at the end of pt. 2...looking forward to pt. 3
Rocky was thorough, indeed.
Kev Mac, good technique with the interviews, getting great insights from these brothas.
end a Saturday night watching kev Mac videos priceless

Damn Kev, you's a real one. You mentioned Santa Klaus. I used to hear about Klaus in the penetentiary
Santa Klause was a legend…. I wish there was a whole interview of stories on him. Who else I wish Kev would get stories of is Gangster Brown, he was a real legend, every now and them folks a mention his name.
dude is smart as hell.....good interview
Real interview. That last word was a real one. We want the BEST for our kids, we gotta look at others peoples kids like that as well. We’ve ALL been lied to and played. And only urban areas have suffered. Black. White. Hispanics. If your not upper and middle class, it’s a loss.
Aye Kev mac do an OG 4rm Southside Brims or Fruittown Brims or any brim set
Atleast he is still here to tell his story.
I remember growing up on St Andrews and venice in the 90s and seeing a group of these dudes like 15, 20 deep in all red mobbing down the street headed towards washington.. nothing but red.
Great interviews ! Good to see these OG's helping out with the gang prevention/intervention in 2017. Had a teammate on My college ball team that grew up in the 20's. He said the 20's ain't as big as they once were and it's allot of Mexicans around the set compared to when He came up in the late 80's early 90's. God bless y'all
plus its gan injunction put on active hoods. no one standing around out side anymore
Z Eazy
And that shit is funny as hell!!! They know they fear the black man, but they have to save face by talking shit.
Shit, I know the brothas in Nashville and Memphis get that shit poppin!!!
kev great Questions bro ! we're waiting for you here in Long Beach . I would like to see all these men you interviewed all together in a round table discussion to chop it up .

I've been LA two or three times when I was a younger man. I was visiting my dad who I didn't grow up around. Him & his wife lived on S Hahldale, near 27th & Western. Adam ave is around there somewhere. That is the only part of LA I know anything about.

"They had stomped the shit outta me" the way he said it was just too real lol
I respect his honesty; it's crazy how all it takes is one brutal event to set the fire for the activation of Lion to BeCome a cold Lion+King...so many have similar stories of being beaten raw that changed their mode I feel that shh
You should do a interview with the og 's from queen st. Bloods
REAL GANGSTER , MUCHO RESPECTO
Good shit👍
I remember playing basketball and Rocky used to drive up and down 27th and Halldale in his convertible Mustang 5.0. I wasn't affiliated, but I remember Iceman and Ms. Bubbles. It's crazy to hear the the Belizians ultimately formed a blood set as well. Those dudes used to just do their own thing. I remember getting caught in the crossfire at Lauren Miller Park when some Rollin' 30s busted a U on Halldale and started spraying. All the folks on the basketball court dropped and later I saw a dude in a shirt and tie going to pick up his daughter from LM was laying, sprawled out halfway on the street and halfway on the sidewalk. Heard conflicting stories of if he died or not.
Kev Mac I c you cuz...Good shit homie...♿ #Thumbs
Kev be working thanks
Yeah! class has begun
i know everybody has an idea of who you should get in gront of this camera to lace them with game. growing up in king village apartments in pasadena all u heard was about pdl. but i would love to hear about someone from the original denver lane gang.
Rest well Rocky
it would be dope to get a interview with 0G Karate Dee from Rollin 20s I hear he's out now pushing positivity now it was footage on youtube few years back with Karate dee from 20s rapping at the park with dig dug and I think mad ronald was in it too few other 20s
Samir Ameen he's out now I believe he's been out for maybe a year and a half 1/2 years
Yeah, I was just thinking about that, I'd be dope if he interviewed some Rollin' 20s from the documentary "Slippin' Ten Years With The Bloods" Dig Dug , Karate Dee and Lamar. KK was from the BPS I think.
Was about to fall asleep! K.M. good lookin' out!

Yo kev. You ever seen the film (documentary) " slippin wit the bloods " its based on the rolling 20's NHB. You should try to get interviews from some of the characters from the film. 1 of the main characters name was Low Down rolling 20's nhb

brother keV Mac stay on his shit .damn every blood u holla at seems super solid mad Ronald came long way I just watch slipping with him in the early 90s respect these the type of cats I shut up and just listen one question tho ?how does he feel about the long beach 20 crips ?
IDK how he feels but he will probably comment when he see's these comments.
The Long Beach 20's Crips came after us.
Technically Outlaws were the original Rollin' 20's way back before Blood and Crip began and the W/S 20's have been around since the early 70's.
I was in the county jail back in 2006 and I ran into an OG from Long Beach 20's that was a reputable.
He thought I was a Crip, so when he asked what sett I was from and I said Rollin' 20's Bloods, he said yea I am a Rollin' 20's Crip, then he made a joke by saying, "I guess we took a page out of y'all book and ran with it.
Thank you homie respect due to you also, I appreciate the love
Shout out to the EastSide R20 OUTLAWS
SSFLORENCEX3 TMS

Always heard about Santa Klaus.

That's family... brah is LEGENDARY from coast to coast ... RIP cuzn
nice
Got any interviews with Samoan bangers? I remember you mentioning SOS in an old video, and how they were connected with East Coast.
That's not what I heard. I hear that ECC and SOS still got a good relationship. SOS just wanted to branch off and make their own identity or something. I've never heard of any static.
I could be wrong. It would be good for Kev Mac to get some confirmation on that though.
You might be right who knows. I did hear that SOS was pretty strong in the 80s and early 90s though. Didn't they have run ins with the 60s?
Damn he said 'i come from the day where we didn't get jumped in. we *started* jumping people in."
HE DIDNT TALK ABOUT TRAY K..THE BIGGEST BALLER IN THE WEST ADAMS DISTRICT IN THE 80,S
I would love to hear the street side of T Rodgers story.
Although I understand why he doesn't, but man I know it's some stories.
What are his thoughts on NYC NHB
Ironically OG Madd Ronald he himself is good story teller.
