I'm assuming it's the constant banging in the car that breaks their legs, right? No way in hell tasers are breaking legs. But even still it's a joke that the bodies are STILL made out of glass.
It's confirmed tasers and also pulling people out with the baton It happens alot during the ragdolls, the player model gets jammed under vehicles and sometimes the player dies
They really need to start penalizing for power gaming spike usage... thats now how they are supposed to be used. Pretty fun chase though.

Apparently a patch recently made it so that passengers get less damage now but it still seems to injure people
