A fair amount of the humor and jokes of Family Guy (not all) is aimed at Gen X with obscure jokes and lines featuring pop culture that often only someone who is aware of those 70s & 80s references will pick up on. This is in large part due to the fact that the show's creator, head writer, and voice for most of the characters, Seth Macfarlane, grew up in that era. One of my favorite things is seeing some of my younger friends watch the show and look puzzled at obscure references to things well out of their frame of reference.
If you go back 5 seconds after stopping the video you will hear the joke before the punchline. Great reaction again! Family guy - black jokes would be amazing to 👏 👏 👏 too

I think that in some countries that don't get Hulu they added an addition to Disney+ that I believe is called Star and shows up as an additional tab on the menu screen.

To everyone saying "Family Guy" is on Disney +, that's not true..at least for those who live in the United States. It's on Hulu. It may be different in other countries, though.
The Simpsons is a bit more subtle, not quite as edgy. It's funny, although a lot of people feel like it ran its course..... It's "only" been on for 35 years (1989)!! Family Guy came in ready to make fun of everything and pretty much everybody, which is how they get away with some of the more outrageous jokes. The darker the humor, the better. The 1-hour crossover episode (Called "The Simpsons Guy") is really good. That bit where Peter is on the women's talk show because of his chauvinistic comic strip is from the beginning of that crossover episode. The Griffins get chased out of Quahog, and their car gets stolen when they're stopped in Springfield.
Dad turns the heat on because he would rather be hot and miserable than have yet another reason for a woman to complain. Most of our existence is trying to do anything and everything we can for you not to complain for a single day. But it hasn't happened yet. We've tried. We've all tried. So many times. But not once. Ever. I really think if a woman went an entire day without complaining about anything she would explode.
South Park is by far the best animated adult show, but you'll be hard pressed to find a good compilation that will make sense because it's all out of context if you haven't seen the show.
Peak era Simpsons beats FG imo, but the writing is so different. Simpsons takes a much more mature approach that's also subtle, where if you're not paying attention, you might miss a really funny joke. South Park is definitely king though
