No, you are forgetting that time is sped up. It is 10 real minutes, but the job took him from 9:16 until 12:06, so that's 2 hours and 50 minutes of work. He was being quite.... efficient in his routing, so i guess their typical hourly wage for this sort of job is around $250.

Open all boxes and bags. You could have literally thrown away thousands of dollars if you found jewelry in those bags. Saw another YT who actually knows how to play this game and he literally found 3 $500 rings in one small bag. Another bag that was "trash" had a $200 necklace in it. It was the same Engineer locker you bought. So he paid for the locker with just those three items alone and was already in profit, plus there were several other things in there.

Drae doesn't seem to notice that there is a recycle station he can throw the trash and earn money 😂.
He should look at all the map icons to find out where and what he can do in this game.
If your holding things in your hands you can get in the truck with them,in case you ran out of space in the back,also time stops progressing at 23:00 so after you close shop you can buy storage units and do the extra jobs without wasting sale time
