Also during the Vfun comp style climb I noticed the 'foot-grab' tech. Do you do any flexibility training? I personaly like to specificaly implement a hip routein as part of my warm up and ive seen massive gains! Anyways good work!

I believe the bm 2000 middle edge is 22 mm and the 1000 side edges are 20 mm
