I think heavy blow is true but the first m1 keeps missing for some reason, maybe spacing issue or needa wait just a bit before m1'ing 23:15 also this counter was devious
The reason why 4 didnt combo extend at times is because when the opponent is downslamed, they have a small invincible frame (exclusively to only m1s, moves can still be used and hit), so to make 4 combo extend, you have to delay your 4 for like 0.3 seconds
Heavy blow on Dow slam is true, you just gotta use it late, if you use it when ur enemy is still in the air they will get s, so wait till they drop to the floor before using it
