I found Basilisx seems to be a sort-of 'counter' against the Koopa Bros. That one 1-bar-consuming attack of his can one-shot the non-Red bros, and they can't block.
Yeah that can kill them quite easily, although it would be better to kill them (or just cancel them) with no energy use. That attack is dangerous for them if Red calls them at close range
damn Basilisx destroys every hero in this video..

You just gave me a wicked idea for a reveal trailer, now that he’s confirmed to be returning in the Smithy Saga:
We slowly zoom in on what appears a koopatrol, viewing them from behind. It suddenly turns around and stares at the camera. The screen cuts to black, accompanied by the sound of someone being turned to stone. The last thing we see is a text box that reads “Missss me?”

If you mean the attack, thats the special attack that you do if you press Block + Z-attack
If you talk about the lights, well thats an effect used in the show in strong attacks
