😊❤️. She is such a sweet smart girl. She's sitting with me right now this morning after going for a little walk outside this morning. Just a cuddle bug too 😊
Just love the vlm! Always gives great results x look at the baby boo following her new mum around ( Shari) boo 2 is so cute ! I just want to hug her, squeeze her and love her ! She’s as cute as a button !! X Luna is too! She’s going to be a great big sister x
They are having fun. Luna is really being a good sister right now. But have to say she was a bit upset and hurt for the first hour. But she has warmed up well to her. She has even got the baby out of her soft kennel (and we don't know how yet 😂). We are maybe going to put a camera on the kennel. Shari got home and they were laying in the living room like "Hey... What's up mom?!" 😂. We truly miss Baya Boo Boo Bear but the little one is trying hard to heal our hearts. She is really precious ❤️
She has been an absolute sweet heart. Just a beautiful spirit. She won my heart the moment she looked up at me and just waited for me to hold her. I was smitten 😊❤️
She is an absolute sweet heart and she looks at us like our Baya Boo Boo Bear did. We really miss Baya, but this little girl is trying to put a bandaid on the hole in our hearts. 😊❤️
It's nice to be able to use more than one method when cleaning is needed. This work great for this particular situation to make sure I can get everyone happy and the carpets cleaned up quick and dry quick
@@runzization I don't have a liquid specific carpet cleaning Chem yet at this time, but I do have our Eloquence for Upholstery, Fine Fabrics and Wool prespray cleaner. It's a 7.77 pH. It works pretty good. But I have been working on a new liquid prespray also, but it's going to be stronger at this time. We use GoPros on occasion but this video was done on my Samsung Galaxy at the time. My main camera is a Canon EOS R6 Mirrorless full frame camera. I list in the body of each video my equipment being used if you want to take a look. I have quite a bit of gear right now 😁👍
Phoenix I have to say is the best cleaning unit out of the mentioned. I have had experience in the field and when I didn't have my Phoenix, I really missed it!
The new pup is so adorable! Congrats! I do have a question about carpet cleaning though…I’m newer to the business (starting out with a simple oreck orbiter). Do you think the VLM method is an all around good method? Capable of tackling pet stains/smells as well? I’m trying to decide whether I should stay with VLM and get a bigger machine someday. Or…is steam cleaning the right way to go, especially with getting out pet stains? Let me know your thoughts! And thank you so much for the amazing content!
Thank you and thanks for being here with us! VLM is a great method, but any method (even Steam Clean Hot water extraction) can have limitations. Treating of pet stains can sometimes be as much of a challenge as with Steam Cleaning. Doing VLM only, you might need a small extractor to work with some urine jobs. One thing I would suggest if staying with VLM is to consider a larger unit with more head weight. We of course love the Trinity OP systems products. The unit in this video has now been modified and developed into a little larger unit with 1 HP motor and on board spray system. I believe it is called the Raptor. One of my next machines to add to my VLM line up. Compared to the unit you are using, you will find these units with better head weight will clean more efficiently and effectively. Also, VLM again is great but there are many times we will find Hot Water Extraction more effecient for us, and you will see more of those videos on our channel. We are a multi clean type business though. A number of businesses will just do one or the other. We consider cleaning like a golf game (which I'm a terrible golfer 😅), but it's choosing the right club for a better chance at a great shot. That's how we decide a lot of times which method we might use. I hope this gives you some info to be able to contemplate what will be best for you. I am more than willing to try and help you with questions. Reach out if you ever need assistance. Thanks again for your awesome question. 😊
@@MarkSaiger good deal! I greatly appreciate your comment! Yeah currently I’m using the oreck orbiter with the green brush attachment for pre scrubbing. I use go oxy (peroxide) with green dragon (pre spray) and saiger eucalyptus mint deodorizer. I mix those 3 together to take care of carpet that’s got multiple urine, puke, or poo stains. The peroxide to get rid of the stains, deodorizer for odor, and green dragon as a neutral cleaner. I’d love to hear what your thoughts are on that mix! I’m open to any suggestions to better equip myself😂. I too am horrible at golf! But I get the analogy 😂. I’m looking into a 175 rotary machine possibly (heavier and decent price). Orrrr there’s the orbot vibe (more expensive but still seems like a good option)!
I have not used any of Damon's products but he's a great guy. Not sure about the mix since I have not used but if you are happy with it that's great. I currently have our 2 products which are an encap product that I use. The Saiger's 2X Double Strength OXY Encap (The Code Red of Encaps)which is a 4 - 5 pH and our Saiger's 2X Double Strength Encap (The Blue) which is a 8-9 pH. I know with am encap product you want to be careful mixing other products with an encap so it can still perform as an encap. That is my caution to cleaners. The Green Dragon being a powder is not an encap (unfortunately no powders are able to be an encap crystslizing cleaner... Yet) so that product will me more forgiving to adding the oxy and our odor destroyer. A 175 machine will work, especially with the added weight, but one of the machines such as the Trinity will give you better controlled rotation so as not to damage carpet fibers. The Trinity has a really good head action with the right rpm. Because of this it's less likely to cause fiber damage and yet had really good cleaning. If you get a chance, you can tell rotation speed watching a piece of tape on the pad (or some pads have a tag on them). You will see the speed they spin. Some go maybe a little to fast and some too slow. I had friends who were really big into encap that were able to show me these differences. Also I have tried a few machines and was able to see the cleaning differences each machine had and was pretty impressed with the differences.
@@MarkSaiger awesome! I really appreciate your time to answer these questions! I will take a look at those two products you had mentioned! I usually try to get a lot of my inspiration through the videos I see on UA-cam. Since you guys are successful in the business and very knowledgeable! I tend to binge watch these videos 😂. I watch “Washington Pro carpet cleaning”, “Green Rhino Carpet Cleaning”, and now your channel! I’ll for sure continue watching more of your videos to get inspiration 🙏. And that’s a good point with the 175…carpet damage would be a fear of mine. I’m going to take a look into the trinity. Especially as a professional you say that it performs well. Might be in my best interest to invest in it. I appreciate it💪🏼
I think it's pretty smooth for vibration. Doesn't bother me at all. I used to race, snowmobiles, jet skis and motorcycle and I'm not sure if that plays a part on what I can endure, but no discomfort at all for me. It's a small machine and I have used it in a pinch on some commercial touch up and cleaning. The Trinity Phoenix is my more serious vlm machine. We have 2 of those also. But I carry this little Odyssey in my van all the time. Great machine when I need to vlm something quick
For a wheels up machine it does pretty well. We use a larger wheels down version from the same company quite a bit. It's called the Trinity Phoenix. Great machine also 😊
I think you and your wife should have more children. Seems like you would really enjoy having a baby around. The world would benefit form more Saigers!
That look at 7:47 is too much ! :) ... And 8:58! Stop it , Mark, you're killing me with cuteness !! LOL

No Pre-scrub. Have been able to spray and scrub extract quite often.
Love those machines!
They have helped us in a lot of specialty cleaning situations. We have 3 units now 😊
Just curious Mark, How is the vibration from the taping motion? Heard also that it doesn't like commercial carpet (hard to handle) any thoughts?
